This luxury 2 bed room, 2 bath condo is in the heart of Historic Park City. Its spacious living, dining & gourmet kitchen areas invite you to cozy up and socialize. But just walk out your front door and be surrounded by restaurants, shops, art galleries and entertainment that beckon you to stroll Main St and Park Ave, enjoying all that Old Town has to offer.

Walk across the street to hop onto Park City Town Ski Lift, or to the free shuttle to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain base, grocery stores, day spas, fitness centers, and for thrills Utah Olympic Park. Ski in to Town Lift and be home! Choices, choices, choices! Easy access by car as well as shuttle, and our building provides secure underground parking if you choose to drive in the Park City area.

Winter wonderland.....................: Park City is home to the Sundance Film Festival and 2 world class ski resorts; Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. Park City is ranked the largest in North America. Park City Mountain is consistently in the top 10 of ski resort rankings and offers one of the most extensive snowboard venues in the country. Deer Valley ranks number 1 many times. All resorts offer miles of runs from beginner to double black diamond bowls on Utah's famous powder. Adventures abound in Park City: skiing, boarding, snow mobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating, tubing, sleigh rides, sledding, hot air ballooning, gondola rides, and Olympic Park experiences: tours, bobsled rides, ski jump, luge, and skeleton lessons and more!! All of these adventures are accessible in minutes from our condo. The Park City Town Ski Lift is literally outside our back door.

Walk to your heart's desires.....................: Walk out the front door on to Main St. with art galleries, shops, day spas, museums, and fine dining at world-class restaurants such as Riverhorse Café, Wahso, 350 Main, Mustang, Chimayo, Fletcher's, Handle, Firewood and Grappa (free trolley available as well). Walk out the back door to Park Ave and enjoy pizza & beer at Davanza’s; food, drink, and a good time at High West Distillery (an actual boutique liquor distillery & bar right on our corner); or cross over 7th St. to Butcher’s Chophouse & Bar. Like specialty coffee brews.... Atticus, a local coffee shop is right across the street offering unique coffees, teas, cocoas. Food, fun, music, photos, libations, & souvenirs right out your door with over 200 restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries in Historic Old Town!!!

Ski, Board, Shop, Drop..............: After all the fun activities of the day, whether on the mountains or in the town, our condo is a great dropping off place! The spacious living area w/ gas fireplace, is an inviting apres ski mingling or recovery spot while dinner is being contemplated, prepared or delivered. The gourmet kitchen and bar area are connected so no one is left out of the after ski gatherings/ story tellings. The double steam shower and/or the deep jacuzzi tub will relax, refresh and reinvigorate you for the nights entertainment.....whether enjoying music, theater, dining on Main St or cuddling up next to the fireplace in front of the big screen TV.

Want some privacy, head to the master bedroom's office/sitting area and curl up with a good book or watch TV in front of the gas fireplace. And at all times stay connected in our WiFi networked environment, checking emails on our HP desktop w/ Microsoft Office, printer, and supplies. Or bring your own laptop - work space for set up is available.

Perfect location in Park City!

Townhouse was located at base of Town Lift and Main Street. We were able to walk everywhere and never needed a car. Townhouse was beautifully appointed with all of the comforts of home. The owner was excellent to work with. We really couldn't have asked for more. Our family definitely plans on making this a regular trip!

Great location, comfortable and large space

We just got back home after staying a week in this beautiful condo. Communication from the owners beforehand was spot on and we had all the info that we needed to get in and settled.

The condo is bigger than it looked from the photos - both the main room and the master bedroom are really well sized - plenty of room for our family of four to stretch out.

The location can't be beat - we rented our kids' skis from the shop directly downstairs, the Town Lift is a block away, and pretty much any restaurant you could want to go to is within walking distance. The underground parking lot was awesome too - especially because they got twelve inches of snow on Saturday!

Everything is extremely well kept - furniture looks brand-new, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. There were two humidifiers for the bedrooms too which were great for those of us unused to the altitude. Honestly my only (minor) complaint is that the master bedroom could use blackout shades on the windows. It's a good problem to have to have windows on three sides of this condo - the views are stunning - but at night the lights from the street come through the blinds a bit.

Overall, great stay, amazing location and wonderful trip. We would stay here again.

Perfect Stay, Best Location, Will Return

We loved this property! The location was perfect and the condo was very nice. The condo has been well maintained and we felt right at home. The owners were very helpful in planning our trip and communicated often.

I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again.

Great location, spacious, well equipped walking distance to everything.

We stayed here for a long weekend of skiing. Two couples. This is a two bedroom condo that is well equipped from the kitchen to the information technology to the bedrooms and baths. The great room and kitchen are much larger than one would expect from a two bedroom unit. You are literally above a ski rental and supply shop and a two minute walk to Town lift and the bus line. You walk out of the building into the heart of the Main Street shops and restaurants. The owner is super helpful and communicative. For light sleepers, note that one bedroom faces out Main Street and the other towards a couple of bars and restaurants, so there is some (not loud) noise from revelers that does end fairly early given that it’s a ski town. We had no problem with it during our stay, and it is a very small price to pay for the location and really comfortable accommodation. We will definitely return.

Excellent condo steps from Town Lift and a 5 minute Uber to Deer Valley

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped and centrally located condo for a number of reasons:

-- very large common area (the pictures do not do it justice)

-- modern appliances (Bosch, Sub-Zero)

-- 2 minute walk to all of the great Main Street restaurants and convenient to just about everything. This is the first trip to PC/DV without a rental car and (with Instacart and Uber) never missed it.

-- Master bedroom with office (including printer and printer paper).

Location, location, location! Our condo is in Historic Old Town, located in the heart of all Park City has to offer. It is a corner unit with spacious interiors and extensive windows and natural light. The Master Suite has views of Park City mountain, the town ski runs, and the Town Lift ski chair. The living, dining, and guest bedroom areas look onto Main St. Real wood custom cabinetry & finishes throughout the unit. Totally built in kichen appliances including Sub Zero fridge/freezer, range top w/oven, and washer/dryer. Easy access to all kitchen storage with easy slide out drawers and shelves. Kitchen accessorized for easy eating or gourmet cooking. Three HDTVs, a Bose stereo system, DVR, desk top HP computer w/ printer, iPod cradles, and original art works are here for your enjoyment. It is a great place to relax, but also offers amenities to the business traveler with plenty of room for both entertaining and meetings. WiFi and Hi speed lan networked. Ooma phone system w/ free local & long distance calling. Convenient for walking or using free shuttles to almost anywhere you would want to go. The heated driveway into our underground garage means that if you choose to drive you’ll never be snowed in!
