Our comfortable, yet sophisticated home is a spacious, three-bedroom house fully equipped with the most up-to-date amenities. Built recently by a renowned Park City builder as his personal ski home, this well-appointed home includes upscale features like a hot tub, BBQ gas grill, wireless internet, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, radiant floor heating, boot warmer, laundry room, and large garage with lots of storage space.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, with a spacious adjoining double-sink, full bathroom. Enjoy the gorgeous view when you walk out onto your deck. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, next to its personal bathroom. A third bedroom, also with a full bathroom, features a bunk that can hold up to five children, with a custom made bunk bed featuring a double over double and a pull-out trundle configuration. Each bedroom has a television, 2 with DVD players, for your viewing pleasure.

After a day of skiing or shopping, relax by the fireplace in the inviting living room and enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful Utah mountains. With a soaring cedar ceiling, the open, spacious living area is adjacent to the fully appointed kitchen, and features a gas fireplace and comfortable seating in front of a Plasma HDTV with cable TV and DVD. A full laundry room with a washer/dryer is in the house, for your convenience.

Salt Lake City airport is less than an hour door-to-door, you can reach the Park City ski lift in less than five minutes, and the wonderful restaurants and shops of Park City are less than two blocks away.

Great house!

A bit of a walk to town lift with ski gear in hand. But not too bad. Short walk to main street shops. Accomodated 5 men. Could accommodate more if there were couples. Needs better ski and boot storage especially since they ask you not to wear shoes in the house which seems reasonable. The garage is main storage area.

Owner's Response: I'm so glad you and your group had a great time at this wonderful home and found it very convenient to Main Street and walkable to the Town lift. While I don't advertise the home as ski-in/ski-out, (and state it is ~200 yards to walk to the town lift), i have seen people ski past the home from the lifts on a powder day! (which we have luckily had many this year!). and the house rents for a fraction of the price for those houses just a short walk away right on the ski slope. There is also the option to walk about 75 yards to the free shuttle bus stop at 10th& Park and the bus takes you anywhere in Park City or Deer Valley. Thank you as well for removing your shoes/boots while in the house. There is a boot dryer (holds 8 pairs) at the base of the stairs inside the house and ski racks as well as cubby hole storage bins in the garage (which is a great place to hold skis/snowboards vs bringing them inside the house). But this spring we will look into adding more hooks in the front foyer to hold more jackets and ski clothing. Thanks so much for that feedback and hope you come back in the near future.

Loved the location and the house! We walked to the ski lift and were also able to have an extra cocktail at dinner since the town restaurants were just three blocks away (we didn't even have to rent a car). The house was very comfortable and I loved having a fire in the evenings. We will definitely stay there again.
