Perfect weekend spot

Location. Location. Location. We could not have been happier with this rental and where its located. Just a short walk from countless bars and restaurants - a great part of town we might not have seen if we didn't stay in it. Sarah was wonderful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The rental was clean, easy to access, and the perfect size for a couple eager to explore Louisville. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect place for a couple to stay.

Highlands is a nice old neighborhood, with kind of a young, funky vibe. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. Was nice walking the neighborhood with our dog. Studio apartment is roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. Small kitchen but you expect that. Could use a few more cooking utensils like maybe a whisk and ladle and a couple more sets of eating utensils. Great home base for exploring the Louisville area. We took a nice long walk with the dog along the scenic loop in Cherokee Park. Visited some bourbon distilleries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cute studio in fun, historic neighborhood

The location and studio apartment were perfect, very clean and comfortable. The Highlands neighborhood has lovely homes and the location is 1 block from restaurants, bars and shops. 2 blocks away is a community-run dog park that was perfect for my dog to be off-leash. Jennifer was available by phone when I had a question, I would definitely rent from her again.

"Almost perfect"

We loved the location and the size was perfect. The floors and most furnishings were nice. We noticed the kitchen chairs were broken, and we had to supply our own salt, pepper, cooking oil, bath soap, etc. There were spiders present in the space and it could use an extermination. Loads of potential in this rental. We enjoyed walking to bars and restaurants during our stay.

Perfect for us

My husband and I stayed here for three nights when we were in town for a wedding. Normally we stay with his family but for the price this place looked like a great place to stay. We're so glad we stayed here. We loved that we could bring our pup with us and she was very happy to be included in the trip. The location was perfect and central to everything. The bed was very comfortable. Although the apt was small (studio) we were not planning on having people over so it was well suited for our needs. The kitchen was small but we were able to cook breakfast there. The no outlets in the bathroom was a little annoying to get ready in, but I mostly used the mirror above the fireplace and used an extension cord provided for my curling iron. Overall. We loved this place and plan on staying here every time we come to Louisville.
