Apartment in condominium with 24 hour security, very well located. Perfect for business people on duty in Rio or for tourism with your family. The condominium has a large leisure area (gym, swimming pool, sports court, playground with toys, barbecue, etc.),
Close to Metro - station Largo do Machado and has access for people with special needs.
Well decorated, it has air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms, plus ceiling fans, free internet access and cable TV.
It has living room with dining table 5 places, balcony, 32 'LCD TV, kitchen / full kitchen, 3 bedrooms (suite) and 3 bathrooms. It also has a washing machine for other appliances.

Gorgeous ski in ski out accommodation

Our third time staying at Snowflower and this is our favourite apartment by far! Clean, fresh-looking decor, modern renovations, heated floors with multiple thermostats, dish soap, shower gel etc, provided. Thoughtful touches include throw blankets, games, dvds & a hot chocolate kit. Perfect rest spot includes a view of the slopes from the balcony & master bedroom. Leslie was easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Great place for family with little Kids!!

The property is just as described. The building has a great external area with a swimming pool and playground. My kids had a blast! Cristina is very helpful and kind. We did not have any problem with her. The flush of one of the three bathrooms stopped working. I mentioned to her just so she could be aware and she sent someone to fix it immediately, even though we said it was not necessary since we had 2 other bathrooms. Great stay and great host! We will be back!! Thank you

UM ENCANTO

O local é agradável, muita energia contagiante, principalmente da pedra vista da sacada. Bairro seguro, tranquilo, tudo perto. Acolhimento, limpeza e comodidade. Tudo muito bom. Proprietários gentis, honestos e acolhedores. Vou indicar a todos, já anotei em minha agenda.

Silêncio, comodidade, infraestrutura

Morei neste imóvel com meus pais durante 9 meses. O apartamento fica de frente para uma grande rocha, gerando uma atmosfera silenciosa e distante do barulho da cidade, gostamos muito. Tem um varandão com vista bacana, é bem legal mesmo. O condomínio é fantástico, tem toda a infraestrutura imaginável, algo único na região. Fica a poucos minutos da estação de metrô Catete e Largo do Machado (você pode escolher). O apartamento pega sol durante um período da tarde, mas como tem ar condicionado nos cômodos, isso não é um problema. A proprietária, Cristina, é uma excelente pessoa, muito simpática e acolhedora, e nos atendeu prontamente em todas as questões. O imóvel tinha tudo o que precisávamos, utensílios, roupa de cama, eletrodomésticos, etc. Vamos guardar ótimas lembranças desta temporada no Catete.
