With Madeira Beach a short walk away as is the heated swimming pool, shuffleboard court and BBQ facilities as well as popular John's Pass Village, this vacation promises to be a guaranteed hit with every member of your family. This retreat at 345 Surf Song offers plenty of living space amid a tropical decor. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for your stay and is spotless, efficient and very accommodating - perfect for those that prefer to cook while vacationing. The living room provides plenty of seating, a 50 inch flat panel television, as well as a spacious dining table. Step outside into the outdoor balcony and relax while enjoying a side view of the gulf waters. In the master bedroom, you will find a king sized bed, complete with a 32 inch flat panel television. Linen for all beds, extra pillows & and sufficient towels for your stay are always provided. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

One of the most popular attractions this area offers, after the beach and swimming of course, is John's Pass Village. Located directly across the street, The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area.
