Experience spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy the ultimate beachfront vacation. This finely appointed unit is one of only a few luxurious one-bedroom condos directly on the beach and ocean. This unit was completely renovated in 2017 - 2018 including new furniture, mattress, kitchen, bathroom and appliances. The condo entrance is less than 50 steps from three oceanfront pools – one heated year-round. The pool area connects to private beach access and The Deck Oceanside restaurant. Located n the Beachside Colony Resort complex, this condo brings guests a magnificent experience.

The large master suite has a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and closet. The family room also has a comfortable queen sleeper-sofa. The condo provides nearly 1000 square feet, more spacious than most one-bedroom units on the island.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need including upscale appliances, a breakfast counter with two chairs and quartz countertops. The kitchen is adjacent to a separate dining area with seating for four.

The family room offers a wonderful experience with 9-feet ceilings, a flat-screen TV and access to the private beachfront balcony with a table and 4 chairs for ocean dining or viewing. You will love the condo’s spacious layout. You can stay connected through high-speed cable internet, including wireless access. Great condo overlooking beach

The pictures do not do the condo justice. Everything was clean, very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The view of the beach was amazing, the heated pool was wonderful, Tybee Island is a cute beach community, 20 minute drive to historic Savannah and great places to eat. The owners were awesome and answered any questions promptly-thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

The condo was wonderful. We had everything we needed. It was perfect for our anniversary get-away. There was construction on the beach in front of our condo which was a bit of a bummer, but totally out of anyone’s control and ended up not being a big deal at all. Definitely recommend. We will be back!

week respite at the beach

The condo was a great size and location; brand new interior and decoration. Bathroom was huge. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony and view of the beach and coastline was very relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked and functional. Heat/AC kept temps comfortable and lighting was good. Closet/drawer space was adequate for our week long stay. Washer/dryer combo came in very handy. Would highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay there again.

Fabulous view!

My husband and I stayed here last week. The weather was pretty good and the view from the balcony is amazing.

It is a great condo with the exception of the following which should have been handled by the rental company. There were numerous lights bulbs out in the condo. We looked for replacement bulbs in the condo and could not find any, we even looked in the master bedroom closet for them, and of course the closet light was one of the ones out! Maybe the rental company does not check the lights in the units they manage?? Also the cable TV in the living room was not working. We called the rental company and it took them over a day to send someone out who confirmed it was not working and that they would have it reset. They never reset it the entire week, and the rental company also failed to follow up on this. It was disappointing not to be able to use the TV at all in the evening. , now the next renter will still have the same problem. That is unfortunate.

Overall this is a great condo with a wonderful view and hopefully the cable TV and lights will be dealt with soon.

Owner's Response: We are so glad you enjoyed the amazing views and the condo. As you stated this is really a fantastic condo and we work hard to keep it in great condition. We appreciate your comments. We too were concerned about the cable outage and the burned out light bulbs. Comcast Cable had a major outage on the island during your stay. A large number of condos in the complex and across the island had their cable out for more than a week. Unfortunately, this condo was one of them and Comcast wasn't able to fix it until the first week of April. We had two other condos with the same problem all week. We should have updated you during your stay so you would have been aware. We don't keep light bulbs in the condo, as we have a management team on the island that replaces them and makes other repairs as necessary. We very rarely get feedback that they didn't take care of things. We have talked with them and we are confident this was an isolated incident. They shared with us that they left voicemails for you during your stay. More often we get comments about how fast they are at taking care of things. We apologize for both the Comcast outage and light bulbs. Thanks for letting us know. We have done a detailed follow-up with our local team. Jack and Dee McKlveen
