About this property

Come relax in this one bedroom condo on the world's most beautiful beaches. Sit on the Gulf front balcony and enjoy the unobstructed view of the beautiful white sandy beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the ninth floor, you will be able to see for miles. Enjoy watching para sailors, boaters, waverunners, and sometimes, even fish and dolphin, from the comfortable rocking chairs on the balcony.

This clean, large condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size sleeper couch and two full baths. The unit has two televisions, both flat screens, DVD, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. Check-in is after 2pm and check out is 1000 am. The association now charges a pet fee of $150/dog/stay....you must check your dog in at the office, receive a leash cover ....(Only 2 dogs allowed and must be 20 lbs or less per dog(per association rules).

This is a pet-friendly condo, so don't worry about leaving anyone behind! Bring your whole family! Relax, kick back, just bring your swimming suit and food, and get ready to enjoy plenty of sunshine, miles of white sandy beaches, and gorgeous sunsets.

Great propriety and price

We really enjoyed our stay. I loved being able to bring our dog. Everything was very nice and well organized. The property manager was readily available to answer questions that I had. The room was nice and looked like the posting on VRBO

Love the unit

This time of year there is no wait time for elevators, the condo unit we stayed in was peaceful, tranquil and beautifully decorated! Loved it!

Family vacay

The owner was amazing! We loved that we were able to check in early. The photos do not do justice, such a beautiful and calm place. We really loved that we could get to places without all the traffic of Pier Park. We where able to see Dolphins every day from the balcony. Would 10/10 recommend this place! We look forward to coming back.

Why they chose this property

I've lived in Panama City Beach for 20 years and have always LOVED the Thomas Drive area. It's close to everything, but gives you a little bit of relaxation during the day, if you want it, away from the crowds. Pelican Walk has only 10 floors so you usually don't waste time waiting for elevators. Our property manager, Tommy, does an excellent job keeping the property well-maintained and we have the most lush greenery!! Check out the Pelican Walk website and you'll see what I mean!
