This property is located on the water in the highly sought after community of Key Colony Beach and was completely redone after Hurricane Irma in a beautiful, contemporary beach house style. The private pool and deck have also been completely renovated with a custom outdoor bar & grill and plenty of seating for relaxing afternoons by the water. The 46 ft. dock is equipped with water, electricity & a fish cleaning table where you can prepare your catch of the day. The house is appointed with everything you need to comfortably enjoy your vacation in the Florida Keys...flat screen tv's, brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops, luxuriousy designed spacious bathrooms, and top of the line pillowtop mattresses & quality linens in each of the bedrooms guaranteeing you will sleep like a baby after your day of sun, fun & sightseeing.

Great place to call home during a FL Keys vacation!

We are repeat customers, and every time is as great as the last. Excellent location to call home while exploring all of the FL Keys. Home is equipped with many conveniences you wont find with homes managed by vacation rental companies. This home has one of the best living room setups and comfiest couches I've ever sat / laid on! Daily visits by the local manatees created an awesome experience for the whole family. Whether you just want to sit in the sun by the pool, relax while fishing the channel, or explore the many things to do in the FL Keys, this is a great place to stay! Owners are very nice and accessible should you have any issues or questions.

Close to the Atlantic, perfect for our water loving family!

This was our first visit to the Keys. We feel like we found a hidden gem when stumbling upon Carlos and Annie's house. It was perfect for our family of 5. We spent the majority of our 2 weeks in Marathon out on a boat fishing, snorkeling , ect. The canal was perfect for us and being close to marine gas was an added bonus! The house was beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. We are a family that loves to cook, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor patio was lovely and well maintained, we really liked how private you felt due to the mature greenery that blocked the fences.

Now we've got one, and we couldn't be happier with the lifestyle - boating, fishing, beautiful beaches, and amazing sunsets... As for Casa Sueño del Mar, it is a very special place which manages to make everyone who visits feel at home and pampered while they are there.

What makes this property unique

The city of Key Colony Beach is a lovely, clean, and friendly part of the Florida Keys. There's so much to do like golfing, tennis, fishing, boating, hiking, and walking over to Sunset Park for an amazing sunset every evening. Being located on the water with access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico means you have the best of both worlds and a free pass to adventures of all kinds! Speaking of location, as it so happens we are right in the middle of the Florida Keys, which means you can visit Key Largo, Islamorada or Key West all within an hour or less...and the international city of Miami is only a couple of hours away.
