Perfect location, spotlessly clean, warm and cozy ... what's not to love?

  • 5 of 5

We made last minute plans to got to Burlington for a long weekend and there was no room in any of the in-town hotels. I noticed this house with a great location and excellent reviews so ... why not?

The house was perfect. The location was close to Church Street and the center of town, so all we needed to do each day was roll out of bed and walk down hill into town. We were close to Penny Cluse (great breakfast!) and several other restaurants. Off-street parking was another plus.

The house was spotless. The kitchen came fully equipped, not that we needed the kitchen with all of the great restaurants in Burlington. The living room was so cozy, with gas fireplace insert and comfy sofas. Once our day was done, this was the perfect place to relax.

Beds were wonderful and the one bath was beautifully updated.

All in all, this is the perfect place to stay when visiting Burlington and we'll be back the next time we're in town.

Third Timers

  • 5 of 5

This was our third stay in this very comfort and clean house. As in our past reviews, the owner maintains this house with a genuine sense of pride and diligence. Although we never had any problems, the caretakers were very attentive and available. If you are staying in Burlington, you really can not beat the convenient location of this house to the town center or UVM. Since my daughter's live in Burlington, I am sure I will be frequenting this house more in the future.

Clean, open, welcoming, walkable

  • 5 of 5

This property was perfect for our 3 day stay in Burlington. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools we needed (we love to cook). We were also very happy with the overall living space- comfy and warm. We were able to sleep very easily- all the rooms had AC units (kept the rooms cool and drowned out any sound). The beds were great- and all the sheets and blankets were clean. There was also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We would definitly stay there again! Thank you so much for making our stay in Burlington so easy and fun!

Great house and ideal location!

  • 5 of 5

We lived our stay here. We were up for a week in the summer for a wedding and this house and location were perfect for us. We were within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurantS, bars, shops, and the lake. It was also convenient to the highway if you plan to sightsee outside of disbursing burlington. The house was clean and well stocked. It has a back yard slave for children to play and convenient off street parking. We also used it to entertain family for a cookout.

Great location, good deal

  • 5 of 5

Charming house located within walking distance of downtown and the lake front. Very clean, well appointed-- perfect for our family of 5.

Left the car in the driveway and walked all over Burlington. Favorite breakfast was at Penny Cluse... well second favorite-- Firebird Cafe in Essex Junction was one of the best breakfast spots ever! Kids loved going to the Ben & Jerry's factory in Waterbury. Had a great meal at Prohibition Pig-- beer was great too. Farmers market, the lake front, the Echo and Church Street were highlights in Burlington.

Great place and Trisha was really nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place if you are thinking of visiting beautiful Burlington.

Only negative was the slow wifi which frustrated my online game-obsessed teen-- me not so much.

Homey, clean and in a great location.

  • 5 of 5

Overall the home was perfect for our 3 day stay. There were six people (2 couples and two kids) for a summer wedding. Beds were comfy, kitchen well appointed and the common areas were perfect for hanging out together. Had a BBQ in back one night. Easy, easy walk to downtown too.
