Tastefully decorated with artworks of Belgian and international artists, this spacious 120 SQM2 2 bedrooms is located steps to one of the most sought after squares in Brussels, the Brugman Place. With its stylish restaurants, outdoor bars and boutiques and its handsome art deco buildings, the Brugmann Place is also one of the safest and quietest area in town. Stores, pharmacies, butchers, bakeries, fisheries are all within walking distance. You are at 10 ' walk to the Châtelain and 15' to Louise avenue. From there you can enjoy the shopping and touristic parts of the city without having to suffer from the noise and nuisances usually associated with crowded touristic places.

Our condo is located in a quiet street giving on the Brugman Place. Every 5 minutes our typical Belgian tramways takes you to the Grand Place. A bus in front of the building leads you directly to the European Parliament. Other buses and tramways bring you easily to every point of interest in the city.

A FULLY EQUIPED APARTMENT IN A NEW BUILDING
Brugman Court is situated at the 2nd floor with lift in a art deco style building constructed in 2009 with high end techniques and materials. So you you will enjoy all the comfort of a perfect acoustic and thermic isolation, central heating, security doors and badges, parquet flooring, ceramic tiles in the bahtrooms, 2 toilets, concierge, premium quality linnens and towels. The apartment is full of light and very quiet. It is fully furnished with contemporary pieces of design. It offers all the equipments you may need for your leisure or business stay.

PREMIUM AMENITIES
The apartment, while fully wired is also equipped with Wi-Fi ADSL, Skype phone and a printer-scanner-copier for your office work. For your leisure it offers a large flat screen LED TV with digital television and home cinema, DVD, radio and hi-fi system. A second large flat screen TV completes the master bedroom, also with digital TV. Both TV sets provide plenty of American and international channels. Among others, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and standard coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were not forgotten. In the bathrooms you will find state-of-the art design faucets, Starck bathtub and showers.

BEDROOM 2
2 twin beds (90 cm) with 2 side tables, lamp by Artemide, 6 drawers, Zarah Home linnens. Doubled curtains and roller screen. The twin beds can be combined in a king size bed (1,80M) on request upon booking.

BATHROOM 2
Rainfall shower, 1,20m marge tub, faucets by Philippe Starck. Wash basin with high mirror, faucet by Starck, 2 drawers, 3 shelves, radiator with towels dryer, towels, hairdryer.

The twin beds of the second bedroom are convertible into a double bed on request during the booking, not later than 5 days before arrival at the apartment.

Fabulous apartment in fashionable iIxelles
Could not have been better, a gracious apartment in the charming and elegant area of Ixelles/Uccle. Many embassies in the area but has many small resteraunts and small tree lined squares making a social and comfortable lifstyle. Could not fault the apartment its cleanliness ( Marie the maid came each week to freshen up the home) It truly was a home away from our Australian rural property. Brussels being the centre and Capital of EU made for many day trips

This apartment was absolutely great! Very peaceful and convenient location. Super clean, lots of room, and very well stocked. Property manager was very friendly and helpful. Our family loved our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

This is a lovely apartment in the Southern part of Brussels with surrounded by beautiful homes, apartments, excellent restaurants, totally walkable but with local transit as well to move around the city and see the sights. The apartment was just as described. Art was wonderful! Beds were comfy and we used the kitchen and washer and dryer. The building is super secure and the neighborhood is safe as well. You feel very at home. It’s was perfect for our party of 4 (two couples.). If ever in Brussels again we would definitely plan to stay here. PS: our favorite restaurant was a 3 min walk, Au Savoy and our favorite waiter there was Adrian.

Avoid this property / owner
Initially told by the property manager that we had left the property in an immaculate state. We were then charged by the owner the exact maximum for damages to the property after we had left and 24 hours before the window to charge us was closed. We were sent grainy pictures as proof. Disappointing that the owner simply didn't simply charge €500 more for the stay if that's the price they wanted than to pull this money-grab.
