My beautiful, 1800+ Sq. Ft. Santa Fe adobe home is now available to rent weekly or monthly. Head out for your dream of Santa Fe galleries, high mountain deserts, relaxing spas, mountain skiing and river rafting plus located within walking distance to attractions in the historical downtown area! A privacy fence surrounds this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with a gas fireplace, high ceilings and wood floors and an Oh-So-Santa-Fe décor. There are HDTVs and sound systems for both CDs and iPods for your favorite music. French doors lead to a private balcony large enough for entertaining, private morning coffee or toasts at sunset with mountain and city views! I love to cook and feed my family and friends; so the kitchen has been outfitted with a dining service for 12, granite countertops, a top-of-the-line gas range, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The gorgeous master suite has a large bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds: one with a trundle and one with storage. The private ground floor den/third bedroom has a daybed with trundle. All beds have superior memory foam mattresses. There is also a superior queen sleeper sofa in the living room. An extraordinary large private deck off the living room for your relaxing, entertaining or just enjoy the beautiful Santa Fe weather!

We are inspected annually for fire safety and have the highest rental standards available for your comfort while vacationing in the Land of Enchantment. Our home is immaculate and all furnishings are in excellent condition since we live there part time too! We are proud that our vacation rental helps support the city of Santa Fe with the 7% city short term tax.

It was a perfect place for all of us women to be together. Very spacious, clean and well stocked. The only thing we would have liked was an iron and ironing board. Our clothes could have used a pressing each day but being a little wrinkled did not stop us.

The location was very convenient for the Saturday morning Farmer's Market, the train station, galleries, the bike path and the free Shuttle.

Thank you very much for your help with our arrangements, answering our questions and following-up after our arrival. All are very much appreciated.

Great spring break get away

Our family just returned from staying in this lovely and well appointed condo. Everything is just like the pictures! The condo is easy walking distance to the Rail Yard—go to Sky Coffee for a great cup—and about a mile from the square. We walked almost everywhere which was great since parking in Santa Fe is difficult. The two parking spaces for the unit are small but we only had one car so it worked fine.

The condo itself had plenty of room for our family of four. The beds are comfortable with nice linens and the bathrooms have plenty of towels. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook.

The ONLY drawback to this property is it’s procimity to St. Francis Avenue which is a main thoroughfare. With the fans on at night the noise didn’t bother us and since it was cold outside we didn’t spend time on the patios. I would certainly recommend this rental but know that this is a consideration.

Amazing Christmas Holiday in a Very Wonderful House... Would Love to Give 5 Stars... but Can't.

From start to finish all communication, instructions, information is prompt, concise and easy!

The house itself is beautifully appointed and very comfortable.

The location is a 10 minute walk to the Railyards' Commercial Area with shops, food and drink and a short drive to anywhere else in or around town.

The downside is that the house abuts St. Francis Dr., the 6 lane major artery connecting north and south. So from morning to night there is a constant sound of passing vehicles, even with all doors and windows shut. On the main living level it is mostly muted by a sound wall outside, but from the 2 upstairs bedrooms the non-soundproofed windows allow in the constant hum and whoosh of passing vehicles.

*The good news is that because it's pretty much constant, it almost becomes "elevator music" bothersome yet bearable. I found leaving on the master bathroom exhaust fan worked very well as a white noise blocker but the other bedroom didn't have that luxury so we bought one at Walmart.

Let me reiterate that the house really is wonderful and with multiple outdoor sitting areas was greatly enjoyed by us all... So much so that we give it a 4 Star rating... My mother who wears hearing aids didn't notice the traffic noise... but for us younger folks who are used to quiet surroundings when we sleep we strongly recommend the owner springs $50 for sleeping noise machines for the 2 bedrooms in lieu of the thousands $$ it will cost for appropriate windows and balcony doors!

Clean, comfy, close

We stayed in the condo over Thanksgiving with family. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to enjoy the feast. The condo is very close to many Santa Fe attractions, many within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable townhouse/condo. Well laid-out, well lit, good quality furniture and appliances. The kitchen was well-appointed with good cookware and flatware. The location was good in the sense that we could walk to the railyard/farmers market and to the central square and shopping area in 10-20 minutes. As other reviewers have noted, it is close to a major thoroughfare in St. Francisco St. and the road noise was an issue for us one night. We picked up some earplugs the next day and were fine after that. We did not have a problem with the parking as there were never more than three cars in the little lot -- but I can see how six would be very tight. All in all, I would stay at this condo again.
