About this property

Our home is surrounded on two sides by a vineyard which are about 8 feet from the house. Our property consists of a Cottage (2br/1ba) & Casita (1br/1ba) , yet close to downtown.
Located on a quiet, oak-lined small country road that is perfect for walks, runs and bike rides. Gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Memory foam mattresses & large screen TV's in the bedrooms are perfect for downtime. Fully stocked with Egyptian cotton towels. What will truly capture you about the home, though, are the vineyards.

Beautiful property. Great location.

Great Weekend Stay

we had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for our group who were all attending a family wedding together. Watching the hot air balloons rise in the morning from the kitchen window while I make Coffee was absolutely wonderful. this house has absolutely everything that you could possibly need. It would be great for a family Thanksgiving. we are planning a return trip, hopefully very soon.

Clean, good location & stunning backyard!

We went for a girls trip and loved the cottage, casita and stunning backyard! The house is in a great location. We rented bikes and were easily able to ride to town and some vineyards. The house is clean and well stocked with supplies. Julie was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

FANTASTIC!! BOOK HERE....

Wow. This place is gorgeous. The backyard is heaven. Only 2 miles from downtown Sonoma with lots of shops and restaurants. The beds here are wonderful. We have stayed in lots rentals all over the world and this one certainly is at the top of our list. Beautiful.

I grew up in Sonoma County and currently live in the East Bay. We purchased an old farmhouse and restored it from the foundation up. Very honored to have received "best restoration of a historical structure" by the Sonoma Historical Society.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located about as close to the vines in Sonoma as you will find. You will enjoy these stunning views for the living room, kitchen, outdoor living and casita areas. Located on a country road on the outskirts of Sonoma, you are just minutes from Sonoma Square.

What makes this property unique

New construction on both farm house and casita. Enjoy outdoor dining next to the vines on the farm table made of reclaimed wood. The bocce court is right along the vines and full length for endless fun. Help yourself to seasonal vegetables and herbs growing in our organic garden when available.
