Apt located on the top floor of the 14-story building, wonderful view of the beach, city and Atlantic forest, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms (suites) and 2 ceiling fans in the living room. Two TV sets (there is no cable TV). Well maintained and very clean, the windows have protection nets and UV protective films, in addition to black out curtains. That bar the light. On the ground floor: swimming pool, garage and party room .. Doorman day and night. Two suites, plus a guest bathroom. Room with two environments, TV, living room and dining room furniture. Kitchen with cabinets and utensils, 4 burner stove, duplex refrigerator, microwave. Owner of a hammock (with hammock) on the balcony. Complete infrastructure in the surroundings, supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants and craft centers. New building, located in a luxurious street, close to the PM station, ensuring full security for the visitor. At night the beachfront is used for walks and sports exercises. In the morning, traffic is prevented and until 8 am. the avenue can be used for exercises and runs.

Ótimo apartamento muito bem localizado .

Ótimo apartamento muito bem localizado tudo em perfeitas condições exatamente como descritos no anúncio. A dona Ester muito atenciosa fácil de se comunicar com ela ,cindica dona Ana Gilda também nos atendeu muito bem os funcionários do prédio todos muito atenciosos passamos 10 dias maravilhosos. Eu indico e com certeza voltando a João Pessoa me hospedarei nele novamente .
