Why Monica Watts chose Eagle-Vail
Location, location, location. We love being less than 10 minutes from both Vail and Beaver Creek. The splendor of being in the mountains brings us joy. There's so much to do in the area, it's impossible to be bored. We also love the fact this home has 4 bedrooms so there's individual private space, yet an open common space for everyone to gather. Having a lot of bathrooms was a big plus to us as many people can get ready simultaneously.
What makes this house unique
Our guests consistently mention our home is the best stocked property they've ever encountered! In addition to full home amenities, we provide robes, shampoo, conditioner & body wash and blow dryers. Guests appreciate the complimentary use of sports equipment and many are grateful we have a Pack & Play, baby gates and highchair for our littlest guests. In addition to it's stellar location between Vail and Beaver Creek, this home is 3 blocks from the Bike trial along the Eagle River. A driving range, putting green, 2 golf courses, swimming pool, tennis & pickleball courts, national forest trails, the Eagle River, and a many parks are all right in this community. This home is in close proximity to all the fantastic recreation available in the Vail Valley. There are a multitude of festivals, concerts, and events in the area, many of which are free. Area dining options are vast and amazing! We enjoy having our own hot tub on the deck for soaking away the pleasant ache from daily adventures. It's just 2-3 steps from the door so there's no long, frigid run through the snow to get back in the house! This home has a beautiful, wonderfully stocked kitchen and Weber gas grill to whip up gourmet meals to enjoy on the deck or at the large dining room table while taking in the mountain view. All 4 bedrooms have flat panel smart TVs, high quality linens and down comforters. The master has toasty, heated hardwood floors, cooling A/C and a desk in case work is a must. The bathrooms are beautiful with high end fixtures and all but the powder room have heated floors for cozy toes. The master bath is brand new, spa-like and has a two person shower. In the common living area you'll find the fireplace; something no mountain home should be without! There's air conditioning in this area, a rarity in the mountains. There's also a smart TV with cable service to enjoy. Wireless WiFi is provided.
