Drive up parking space can accommodate up to 3 cars. Short stairs up bring you to a one-level condo. Entire space is just under 2000 sq.feet. The great room is bright and sunny. It opens up to a large, private balcony overlooking the lake. Both bathrooms have separate vanities with twin sinks.
The beach and pier are just steps away from the door. In the summertime, there is also a pool available for your use. A wonderful market is just up the street (walking distance) for any supplies you need and they have the best sandwiches on the Lake. Perfect for beach picnics!
Minutes to Tahoe City, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows fabulous restaurants and shopping-or drive the other direction to exquisite Sugar Pine Point, Emerald Bay, and the excitement of South Shore casinos.
Spring and summer enjoy endless hiking, biking and rock climbing. Sailing and swimming are close. The sandy beach and grounds are beautifully maintained and secure. Spring and Fall are particularly delightful, as the weather is crisp, comfortable and very quiet.
The winter brings skiing, sledding, snowshoeing and cozy relaxation by the fire. The driveway is plowed all winter long. (Although we sometimes sled along the steep areas). The amount of recreation you pursue is limited only by how much sleep you need.
