We offer an amazing modern vacation, penthouse rental. This small building is in the best location in Tel Aviv. One block from Gordon St. and Ben Yehuda St. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the beach and great city attractions. Seconds away from wonderful restaurants, bars, theaters and shopping.

The apartment penthouse is very spacious, with 5 balconies and central air conditioning. This amazing penthouse takes up the entire 2nd top floor of the building. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own T.V. balcony, bathroom and huge closet. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroom has a ful...l size bed, and there is 2 single folding bed available. The kitchen is fully equipped with everythng for all of your cookling and eating needs. The unit has a a big wooden dining table that seats eight. Cable TV and WI FI internet are available. We provide private parking for $15.00 per day and high quality linens/ towels.

Yosi was very hospital. The apartment's description is absolutely accurate and the location is brilliant. The location is also very convenient for new repatriates as the apartment is very close to ministry of absorbance. Check in and check out were quick and at time that fitted us. Kitchen was perfectly equipped.

Love this place! Best location in TA

I have stayed at apartment twice with my family. Once with my in-laws and once with my brother and his kids (6 total first time and then 8 this last time), and the second time we rented the two bedroom apt downstairs as well as we had friends come with us. The location is sublime, tons of kosher and non kosher dining and shopping options literally within yards of the apartment. The apartments have the authentic old-school Tel Aviv look on the outside but modern updated comforts inside and best of all, parking! Joe and his wife will take care of you and will communicate often to make sure everything is ok. Joe even took my American friends around to change their money and took me to "the best chicken place" to get food for dinner the first night. Both apartments had washers and dryers, wifi, just about everything. He has devoted customers so book early!

Great location, modern and nicely equipped, friendly and helpful owners

We're a family of 5 adults, and the apartment worked just perfectly, giving us enough privacy but great shared space as well. For the younger adults, proximity to the beach was great; for all of us, closeness to shops, cafes, bars, galleries, restaurants made this a perfect location. The apartment is very nicely furnished, with ample storage, comfortable beds, and a great living area. Large kitchen could use a few more pots, bowls, etc, and pillows/sheets were acceptable, but could benefit from some upgrading. When it's hot, the AC is a great relief! Overall, a terrific apartment. We would come back in a flash!

Fantastic Place to Stay in Tel Aviv!

Our family of five has stayed in several apartments around Tel Aviv and this was by far the best. Very spacious, clean, modern with great kitchen appliances. Joe and Orna are great to work with and very helpful. The location can't be beat - the beach, restaurants, and sites are all within walking distance. Highly recommended!!

Great apartment for a family stay.

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time in this well located apartment. The kitchen is big and well-appointed. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. There are 3 nice bedrooms suitable for a couple each, plus a single bed in an alcove on a hallway. There is plenty of space for the family to spend time together, in the comfortable living room or around a large dining table. We would stay again.

Great family vacation in Tel Aviv

This was a great home base for visiting Israel including visiting with family. The apartment is very spacious--especially by Israeli standards--and the multitude of balconies and verandas was a big hit with all of us. The place was clean and cool--the mechanical shades were a wonderful way to have natural air flow at night. The neighborhood is a little noisy at night due to the restaurant across the street, but we didn't find it to be a bother. The location within 3 blocks of Gordon Beach and pool can't be beat--lots of good restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and only a few blocks from other interesting neighborhoods and shoping areas.

Absolutely perfect!

The best choice if you need a spacious apartment in tel aviv. Every room has its own balcony, everything is clean. tastefully furnished and cozy. The apartment is perfectly located with cafés, shops around and only 5 min to the beach.

Joe is a very nice and helpful host. he explained everything wghich was necessary! We can highly recommend this property. Hope to be there once again!
