Renovated 3 Bedroom Hilton Head Villa located in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Two story Huntington villa with three bedrooms, each with a private full bath. Additional half bath on the main floor. Kitchen includes granite counter tops, updated cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Large, spacious living area with large L-shaped sofa and chair, flat screen TV with DVD player. Master Bedroom includes designer touches, TV and beautiful canal view. New bedding in 2 bedrooms upstairs. Renovation also includes tile floors and full bathroom upgrades. Easy access to both pool and beach. Front door is steps to the community pool (yet quiet) and the back screened-in porch has a restful canal view. There is a small dock overlooking the canal- great for an evening drink. The beach is a pleasant 5 minute walk away. Charcoal grill available out back and new washer and dryer (2021).

A bright unit overlooking the lagoon and a short walk to the beach! The pool wasn’t heated until March 15th!

Beautiful condo in great location!

Comfortably and tastefully decorated. Beautiful views and close to pool with short walk to the beach. Screened in patio among large oaks with view of the waterway in back. Great place to get away and enjoy nature but also close to great restaurants!

Beautiful Surroundings & Convenient

This was a trip with my husband and other family members. We all had enough space to get a little 'me time' when needed. Beautiful unit inside and out. Easy walk to the beach and easy access to pool. Would stay again!

2023 Summer Vacation

We really loved the condo and location in Palmetto Dunes. It was just a short walk to the beach. The kids liked having the pool right across from us. We had four adults and three children ages 7 to 12. There was plenty of space in the condo for us all.
