This complex offers top level amenities with the classic Florida low-rise resort feel. Tucked away on east end of Scenic gulf drive in Miramar Beach most locals don’t know Windancer lane even exists! Little do they know its right in the thick of things! One mile north of the condo you’ll find the silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants there’s plenty for the avid shopper or diner! Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo) which is seasonal.

These low-rise Gulf Front units are the perfect place for any vacation. The units offer a Master Bedroom, Bunk Room, Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, and a Washer and Dryer. The building offers a great Gulf Front pool. Every unit has a full on gulf view from your private balcony!

Windancer 309 is a beautiful updated condo located on the third floor. In the living room guests will find modern upscale décor with luxurious touches like flat screen Televisions, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The condo features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with and bathroom with a tub shower combination. There are bunk beds built into the hall perfect for the kids, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The common areas all share a powder room. Right off the living room there is a private direct gulf front balcony with spectacular views! We also have complimentary beach service!

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.

Did not meet expectations

We were not satisfied with the condo considering the amount of money we paid to stay there. For one thing, it was not cleaned well when we arrived-there was sand on the floor and the area rug in the living room was dirty. The walls are not well insulated as we could hear loud walking and vacuuming on the floor above us. Also, you are not able to set the temperature on the thermostat below 72 degrees. I have never encountered that before at any other place I've stayed. Guests should be able to control the temperature in the room and relax comfortably during their stay!

love this place

We loved this unit!! We have spent the past 30 years with our family on vacation in Destin and have stayed at many different condos. This was the best we've ever rented. The new renovations and furnishings are fantastic-new couch, new beds and Pottery Barn style decor is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the kitchen, new appliances, granite countertops and all the equipment needed to cook and feed a crowd. This unit has a very fresh feeling and was spotless! The view of the ocean from the private balcony is breathtaking. We didn't want to go home! The location is absolutely perfect-right across the beach road from the parking lot is a grocery store and resturants . Across the highway from the condo is the Silver Sands Mall. The price was great, well worth every penny. . We will make this rental unit our first choice every year! I'd like to thank the owners for taking such pride in their rental unit-we felt so at home!

Great location and NICE PLACE!!!

We haven't been to Destin since I was a kid so I'm completely blind on the idea where to stay. So I randomly picked this place. It was perfectly located close to shopping (like quarter of a mile from sand dollar outlet) and it has a beautiful beach. Its the roomiest 1 bedroom condo I ever stayed in. I think I could have squeezed in one more family if I wanted to. Very clean condo and area, nobody messed with our beach stuff when not present. Also take advantage of the coupons they offer to you from the rental place they have many things for you to try out and its a huge savings. Our favorite thing was dinner on the cruise ship. The coupon called for 1 free adult dinner on the Solaris boat and we cruised out into the back bay for like 3 hours and the food was delicious. We are already planning to go back to Destin and Wind Dancer this season. We had an excellent time.
