7TH FLOOR GOLF RETREAT WITH TRAM, POOL + WATERFALL AT LUAU 6725 SANDESTIN

Master Bedroom - King Bed

This spacious 7th floor studio at Luau has wonderful coastline and Gulf of Mexico views. The condo has a king sized bed, twin sleeper sofa and table with seating for 3. There is a separate bathroom with tub/shower combo. These studios come with small kitchenettes with mini fridges. It is just perfect for breakfast or a quick sandwich. For those that want to, there are gas grills down by the pool area to grill, please bring your favorite flipper and tongs though because we don't have them in the condo. This studio is ideally located on the south side of theSANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort and is just a short walk to the beach and the Hilton Sandestin. This central location allows for easy access to all that the resort has to offer, no matter if you are coming down for a beach vacation, have a meeting or conference at the Hilton Sandestin, or want to enjoy one of the many events and festivals at the Village of Baytowne Wharf or on the scenic 30a corridor.

Sleeper is allowed for 1 adult only. Condo sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids.

SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort offers four 18 hole championship golf courses including Burnt Pine, The Raven, Baytowne and The Links. All offer unique golf challenges and are beautiful courses. SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort has a 16 court professional tennis center with clay, grass and hard courts, rated in the top 20 tennis resorts nationwide. The marina with jet ski and watercraft rentals, Jolee Island and the multiple tree houses and nature walks are just a part of what this top resort destination offers.

- Signed Rental agreement plus copy of Driver's License is required to gain access to the rental. If not returned within 3 days of making the reservation, your reservation will be cancelled with a $100 admin fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.

Spring break

Property was just as described. Perfect location to everything. Very close to the beach, just ~ 5 min walk. The pool was really nice, felt good after spending the day at the beach. Property manager very quick to communicate, check in was a breeze. No complaints, would recommend!

I like the location of the property, the condo itself is not that great, its average to me, the air condition was not functioning for 2 nights of our 4 nights of stay. They are not flexible with check in and check out. Great location though, a lot of activities you can do. I give the location 10/10. And a walk to the beach.not an ocean view, partial ocean view it is.

Cute condo, close to the beach, comfortable

The property was really clean, check-in annd checkout were easy. Lots of amenities on the property. It was quiet and a pleasant stay.

Easy access to everything. It was perfect for our needs.

We were in the area for a basketball tournament. My son stayed in the Hilton with the team and this complex was perfect for us. We walked over every morning for the devotion and to visit with the team before the games. Access to complex/condo was very easy and the parking was excellent. We were there for 5 days and didn’t have any issues. It’s exactly what I was wanting. Studio condo since it was just me and my husband. Our condo was right next to the elevator which I normally don’t like. But it was SO quiet. We were both shocked at how quiet the condo was. Saw many people with pets but never heard any of them. It was so cold that we didn’t have the opportunity to get in the pool but would definitely try it out if the weather was warmer. If we ever have the opportunity to go to this area again, we will definitely be staying here!
