Our designer self catering vacation rental has been newly renovated and finds its self next to Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenbergplatz and Ring Street in a very prime and safe district in Vienna.

Our apartment has a modern interior. Modern bathroom with Washer and soundproof Windows.

Consists of Two separated spacious Bedrooms with high quality extra beds with best comfort.

Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores and underground.

Around the corner you will find the famous shopping street Landstrasse, Botanical Garden and Belvedere Palace.

For example you can reach the Vienna Opera House which is located in the very centre of Vienna only with one tram within Minuets.

ATM/Bank and Post office are in front of the door to our apartment.

In addition to providing you best quality, inexpensive apartment in the heart of the city, we will also be able to provide other useful information and services to make your journey to Vienna an enjoyable one

Furthermore, the 3rd is home to several embassies which makes the district into a very safe one.

You'll love this appartment!

We've returned from Vienna just a week ago. The appartment is perfect - very nice place in a quite, nice location. The landlord Mani is the best landlord ever, available 24 hours and ready to help any time during our stay in Vienna! Thank you again and many times, Mani! The appartment is very clean, comfortable, close to the city center and all the sightseeings. Supermarkets, shops, restaurantes - everything is whithin 3-5 min. walking. Also, transportation to the appartment from the airport and back, from railway stations and back are also very comfortable due to very good location of the flat. Summing up the abovesaid I would stay here again and recommend this appartment to all my friends who's going to come to Vienna!

OK! Just very basicly furnished!

The cods for the additional 2 guests were awful sleeping arrangements! I think regular twin size beds should be a must, if you have that offer for 4 people! Also you would think, there would be more than one towel per person for 4 days! The owner was very nice! Just surprised that we had to pay the balance in cash! Did not see that on my bill! Just said 2nd payment due! Location of the apartment was great!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review: 1. We provide one towel for each person since some of our guest bring there own towels. But if anyone asks for more, I will provide it for sure. 2. Furnitures are matter of taste! For someone is basic and for me is designer furniture. Important is that everything is functional and new. 3. The single beds have the same matteres as our king size bed but we have to keep them single since some of our guests 3rd and 4th person like to sleep separate from each other. Even sometimes one would like to sleep in living room and the other in the 2nd bedroom. Hope to see you guys soon again and thanks again for being my guests.

Clean, extremely convenient

This Home Away experience has been our favourite. It is conveniently located close to the train and tram systems, markets and is a quick walk to the city center. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our seven days in Vienna. Mani was very attentive and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this as a comfortable and convenient stay.

Spotless Apartment with Great Location

What a wonderful location this apartment is in! The tram, subway and buses are all right by the apartment, which we used daily to travel all over this beautiful city. Restaurants, grocery store, bakeries and other shopping all there as well.

The apartment was spotless, spacious and very quiet, other than street noise for in the city (which is to be expected). The clothes washer was great to have and worked well. Elevator worked well, but small.

Mani and I corresponded numerous times, prior to our visit. He was quick to return messages and very helpful. On day of arrival, he was there to greet us and showed us around the apartment and how things worked.

The historical city of Vienna is beautiful and even more so during Christmas, with the many Christmas Markets and streets decorated with gorgeous light displays. It’s a wonderful time to visit.

I highly recommend the apartment and visiting this fine city! Mani made it easy for us and I thank him for his helping us along the way!

Lovely clean spacious flat in good position

The flat was in a lovely old building, but was very modern and comfortable inside. Very spacious and beautiful bathroom, spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was fine, but lacking a few things like tea towels and equipment such as a colander and cooking utensils. But we managed, and the position of the flat was great. Trains and trams both run from nearby, so the city centre is very close.
