We offer an amazing modern vacation, duplex rental overlooking the sea and the city with a huge balcony and a shaded sitting area with a table and chairs. This apt is in the best location in Tel Aviv. One block from Gordon St. and Ben Yehuda St. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the beach and great city attractions. Seconds away from wonderful restaurants, bars, theaters and shopping.

The duplex is on 6&7 floor with 2 elevators and private parking under the building.

The apt has 3 BR and 2.5 BA.

1st Floor: 2 BR one with queen size bed and a bathroom and the second bedroom has a full size bed with a closet in each bedroom. A living room with a TV and table for six, kitchen is fully equipped with everything for all of your cooking and eating needs.

2nd Floor: has a queen size bed ,a closet, TV, a bathroom and a balcony with a table and chairs over looking the city and the sea.

We provide free Wi-Fi and high quality liens and towel

my name is yosi and my wife name is orna

After travelling around the world and visiting different continents and cultures I was hoping to create a place where other visitors could feel at home away from their homes. It was natural for me to create this place in my home town - Tel Aviv.

Why Joseph Biberstein chose Israel

One block north of Gordon st and Ben Yehouda st 5 minutes walk to Gordon, Frishman and Bograshov beaches which are the most desirable. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops all along this famous area in Tel Aviv. natan hechaham St is a side street which is quiet and connects you to the main arteries of Hayarkon and Ben Yehuda Streets. You can walk, bus or drive to where ever you want to get very easily from here.

There are literally dozens of shops lining Ben Yehuda Street; from art galleries, to vintage jewelry, you are sure to find something suited to your taste. You are also a 15 minute stroll to the famous Carmel Market, here you can find a dizzying array of fresh produce, meats, cheeses, clothing, kitchen items, flowers, candies, even toys at rock-bottom prices. Come experience all the sights, sounds and smells of this unique market. To stock up up on all your tourist staples, don't miss the bi-weekly artist's market on Nachlat Binyamin on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It's right next to the Carmel Market and a great place to find lots of unique and creative gifts for you .

What makes this apartment unique

As our guests we will meet you in person when you arrive, check you in to the apartment and show how to operate everything (TV, Air-con, etc). During your stay we're just a phone call away, so if you need us we'll be there.

We had a great stay at Yosi's appartment ! We were there for a week, and I definitely recommend the place (well furnished, great location, incredible rooftop view on TLV skyline).

Upon arrival, even though our flight was delayed, Yosi made sure we were properly welcome at the apartment.

Very good located! The owner is very flexibel. The organisation was fast, uncomplicated and authentic!

The flat is the 1-1 like at the pictures. Nice terrace. maybe in the summer without parasol to hot.

We will vist the flat another time to.

The apartment is spacious, everything one needs is there, it is clean with a great view of Tel Aviv. It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment and we will do it again. Yosi and Orna are lovely people and so is their place.

Very pretty apartment at perfect neighbourhood

we stayed there for 5 nights, the managers were very helpful in every aspect. they even helped us about the city-bikes in the middle of the night.

the house was clean, well equipped, well designed and very comfortable.

Ben Yahuda Street is 3 mins walk from the beaches&Dizengoff Street so you don't need to use transportation.

Location, location, location

Everything works well in the apartment but needs a little up-keeping. Most of the buildings in the area look old. The location is perfect. Do not miss the bakery across the street in the corner of Ben Yehuda and Ben Gurion. Also one block away is a fantastic ice cream parlor. Transportation is basically in front of the apartment. If you have a car there is $15 extra per day parking fee but is very convenient.
