No stairs here, and also no step-down or basement feel to this beautiful ground floor 900 square foot one-bedroom apartment with updated kitchen & decor. Walking distance to anything in the Historic District. Situated between Forsyth Park (0.4 miles south of the house) and the River (0.7 miles north of the house) Jones Street is known as the prettiest street in Savannah.

Bedroom has a King size bed. There is a 2nd flat screen tv in the bedroom which is totally separate from the Living Room for privacy. The bathroom is off of the kitchen.

Great location

This property was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip! It was in a great location that allowed us to walk everywhere we needed to go. Perfect for a couple visiting Savannah.

Historic District Garden Apt.

This was a beautiful inviting home in the historic district of Savannah. It was within walking/driving distance of parks, restaurants and very quiet. We had everything we needed for a perfect anniversary stay. Would love to live in this quaint apartment. Anderson VIP Concierge made our stay inviting, organized and comfortable. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thanks Mary!

Wonderful place!

We loved our time in this charming apartment! It had everything we needed! We enjoyed sitting out back, and were pleased that there was a white noise machine we could use to sleep with, though there were no noise problems in the neighborhood. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly by the owner. The location was an easy walk through beautiful streets to the center of town. We would definitely stay here again!

Savannah garden apt.

Lots of room and all of our needs were met. There were no clothes hangers and the caulking and wood around the tub corner needs attention.

What makes this property unique

When my husband and I lived in this home, we loved walking around our beautiful neighborhood and dining out frequently. The location, just steps from restaurants such as Fox and Fig as well as the Broughton Street nightlife, is the top feature of this home. Jones Street is known as the most beautiful street in Savannah, due to its grand width, its historic brick foundation and the gorgeous live oaks mixed with magnolias and palm trees. Additionally, for a single bedroom rental this apartment has a large scale including a nice ceiling height that will not make you feel closed in or have a 'rabbit warren' affect. We have decorated the entire apartment in a fresh clean contemporary fashion to appeal to guests of all ages.
