Our property is just enough removed from the sounds of traffic to feel quiet and very safe. On site resident owners contribute to the sense of safety and comfort. We rent all seasons of the year. The beach is beautiful even during the winter, We are close to 'everything'.

Enjoy the entire upstairs flat with views of the ocean from the living room and the private second floor deck that overlooks the landscaped back yard. Bright, airy rooms are comfortably furnished and offer the following amenities: recently renew appliances and plumbing fixtures; TV, DVD and expanded basic cable; unlimited free local and long-distance (inside USA) phone service; access to high-speed internet; two private entries; large utility room with sink, storage shelving and full sized washing machine and dryer on apartment level (excellent for keeping suitcases, coolers, beach equipment out of living area); hot and cold outdoor shower to simplify clean up after a day on the beach; space to hang bicycles and beach chairs; spacious carpeted deck off the kitchen with umbrella table and six chairs for al fresco dining; outdoor stairs from deck to back yard; gas grill for your exclusive use available in side yard; on property parking for two vehicles next to the side entry shown in the photo.

The house is situated 150’ off Ocean Boulevard (Route 1-A) literally a one minute walk from the beach wall, but removed from traffic and street noise. Ventilation is excellent and available fans enhance comfortable sleeping for 5-6 people. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and very comfortable twin sleep sofa; the second bedroom has a queen sized bed (both queens recently renewed). Both rooms have full sized dressers, chairs and generous closet space. Additionally, a small room (directly off the deck and the utility room) has a twin bed. The kitchen includes breakfast counter with two stools, four-burner electric stove with oven, refrigerator with top freezer, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, and dishwasher. There is a large dining room/living room with upholstered sofa and matching love seat, coffee table, small desk and round dining table (with expansion leafs) and six padded chairs. There is one full size bathroom with tub and shower, sink with vanity and a linen closet. The apartment, which is fully inspected and cleaned after each use, is provided with good cleaning supplies and a vacuum. We appreciate tenants leaving things as they found them.

In short, everything is readily available for a memory making stay at the shore. Relax and enjoy the inviting living space or take advantage of the numerous sites and sights our area offers.   • The lavatory has a full-sized tub/shower combination. There is a toilet, wash basin and vanity; as well as a large linen closet. **The full sized clothes washer and dryer** are located in a separate large utility/ storage room (13 x 9' 10'). The laundry portion of the utility room also has a set-tub style deep sink. Here too are some cabinets with work tops, as well as cleaning utensils and supplies, lobster pots, shelving, storage space, etc.

Ceiling throughout the apartment (except Bdrm # 3 as noted below) are 8 footing ceilings, the subject of praise by many of our repeat tenants *Bedroom #1 at front of house is 10x16; has 3 windows, queen bed, fold-out twin sofa, lamps, end tables, dresser, ceiling fan, phone, and large closet *Bedroom #2 at back of house is10x12; has 2 windows, queen bed, lamps, end tables, dresser and large closet *Bedroom #3 is 10x9 feet with a low sloping ceiling. It is unheated in the winter (it is a summer bedroom) located just off the 2nd floor deck. It has a direct access to the deck via a lockable door; occupant could leave the room without disturbing other occupants in the house by descending the deck staircase at the rear of the house.

Wonderful stay with wonderful owners---

The listing is perfectly accurate as are the photos and property description. This upstairs apartment is immaculate, large, and well suited for my husband and myself and our daughter and friend. The owners are friendly and helpful, and non instrusive. We hope to repeat our week there next year and maybe even spend a few days during the course of the year before the summer. North Beach is awesome --close enough to Hampton Beach for those activities but also in a quieter and more beautiful section of the NH coast.
