Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. This 1300 sq. ft. apt. is located on one of finest beaches in central Florida. It is 2 bedrooms, 2 bath,King, 2 twins, non-carpeted, large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, lanai.Free Wi-Fi in unit!There is no land line phone. The unit has 3 tvs, dvd player. This condo offers a view of palm trees, white sand,and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.It is located on the 4th floor. The view is spectacular and the sunsets unforgettable. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard with shuffleboard. There is a large heated swimming pool as well as a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. There are many shops, restaurants, attractions nearby. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island is 1 hour away and Disney/Epcot is 21/2 hours. Come vacation at Island House and make your vacation a most memorable one.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy every minute of our time at Island House. 15N was clean and comfortable and well appointed. There is always someone from management available to help out with whatever needs their attention. We like the condos that are a little higher for the view and a little less noise. It's happy noise! But we enjoy the views the most. The free transportation around the Key is a wonderful service.
