Island House Beach Resort! Newly remodeled!! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida! This attractive complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in central Florida. This condo is 1300 sq. ft, non-carpeted, and is located on the 4th floor. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a King, 2 twins, a large living area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (all appliances), lanai. It has central heat/ac. The unit is tile with carpet in the bedrooms. The unit has 3 TVs, DVD, free Wi-Fi in unit. The view is picturesque and the sunsets are magnificent. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard area with shuffleboard. There is a large heated swimming pool as well as a recreation room with a pool, ping pong, air hockey. There are many shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island is 1 hour away and Disney/Epcot is 21/2 hours away.
