condo has a large deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. it is very tastefully decorated and offers many conveniences .location is excellent for enjoying the ocean and beachside walks,grocery and retail shopping and its close vacinity to area restaurants .complex offers nice amenities and a helpful front desk great experience would stay again

Great stay!

This is our third time staying at Surfside. First time in this specific unit. We loved it. Master suite is huge. We really enjoyed having the washer/dryer in the unit (especially with the kids). Balcony has the best view and enjoyed sitting out at night. 2 of our 3 kids are teens and once we were beaches out for the day, they could still chill at the pool/hot tub area and we could still see them from our balcony area. The 2 chair and umbrella rental that comes with the room is so convenient. Rooms we’ve stayed at in the past did not have them included and we had to pay 45$/day rental for them! Overall great unit and great/prompt communication with the owner when we just had a question about the door code. Would recommend this unit to anyone!

As a pharmacist, I have enjoyed owning at Surfside for almost the past 10 years. We love sitting on the pavilion and entertaining the kids. As a local resident, I enjoy the area and would not trade living here for anything.

I bought at Surfside because of the unique construction and amazing amenaties available here. The balconies have tinted glass enclosures and a lasting modern flare.

What makes this property unique

The sandstone tile flooring throughout the unit contribute to the units modern flare. Professionally decorated with themes throught, light earthtones give it a home away from home appearance and feel. Please check our reviews, all 5 stars for property and exceptional customer service.
