This charming Vineyard home just completed a large renovation including all new bathrooms and a new bunk room and first floor master! It sleeps 12 in a perfect East Chop location! In minutes you can be on the beach or into town! It boasts 6 bedrooms, three full newly renovated bathrooms, one half bathroom and has a lovely private outdoor shower! The recently renovated kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering around the large custom farmhouse table. It's the perfect home for a long family stay on the Island to soak up some time with friends and family. Beautiful front porch with plenty of seating for all. Views of the sound and harbor. Back patio with plenty of seating to eat outdoors with grill as well as large side yard.

There is a spacious cozy living room and seating area for family gatherings. The first floor has a large brand new master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom as well as heating and air conditioning. Upstairs there are two large master bedrooms, each with king beds, a new large bunk room with two sets of bunk beds that's perfect for kids and has heating and air conditions, one room with two twin beds, and a third floor tower room which has a full bed and A/C. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well. There are two newly renovated full bathrooms upstairs. The new front bathroom has a large shower and double sink and the rear bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower. Television, cable and wifi throughout the house! Full washer and dryer are in the back utility room. Linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Our home is perfect for two or three families or one large one. Also a great getaway for friends to gather. Being located in the sought after neighborhood of East Chop brings tranquility and privacy, offering proximity to all amenities on the island! Make your memories in this perfect Vineyard charmer!

Fall Vineyard Get Away

We have been visiting the Vineyard each fall with a group of family and friends for 20+ years. This was our first time staying in the East Chop area and we enjoyed the location. It is a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of the harbor and downtown Oak Bluffs. The house accommodated our group, and with two full sized couches and additional seating in the living room we had a nice gathering spot where everyone could be comfortable. The renovated bathrooms were also a huge plus. The owners were pleasant and accommodating, and have done a good job maintaining the property. Overall a great experience, thank you!

Perfect for extended family stay

Our grown “kids” and families joined us for a vacation at 19 Plymouth. It is a wonderful home to gather while also providing comfortable private spaces when needed. Location is wonderful proving a very short walk to see the sunrise at the little beach and walking distance to downtown Oak Bluff. We spent MANY hours on the porch reconnecting and we all fit around the kitchen table for dinners! Lost one star because first floor living area has no a/c.

Best Birthday celebration ever!

I rented this lovely rambling summer cottage for a multi generation girls weekend and it was perfect. It’s a great location within walking distance of docks, town, beaches, grocery and campground . The porch has a view of ocean and a wonderful gathering place for family and friends. The kitchen was clearly updated with a big table which we enjoyed gathering around for dinner and brunch. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood . The owner was a pleasure to work with too.

Family Wedding and Vacation

We were gathering with our 3 adult children, spouses and 2 small grandchildren for our nephew's wedding. The space was great for a large group. The kitchen was amazing, yard provided space for two little boys to run around and we had an unexpected surprise of a view of the Oak Bluffs harbor from the porch. The location was great with easy walking access to the public peach and town.
