Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida - Crescent Beach - This large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath villa is approx. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, covered parking, free wi-fi in unit!. It has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. It is jut steps to the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance. Pack your bags and let Island House make your vacation a most memorable one!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do not stay in v26. Really bad condition the rugs in the room from the 90s, ants all over bathroom walls and doors, roach traps all over the kitchen, furniture in the living room old and dirty and dinner table full of scratches. Overall we had a great time as a family and at the beach and pool with other families but the condition of the Villa was horrible. My son is allergic to dust and developed a real bad allergic reaction because of the carpeting in the room and my other son developed a really bad bronchitis cough that lasted two weeks after we left. We were unable to use the master bathroom since there was always moth inside the shower no matter how many times we washed it out and put cleaning products.

Good location, carpet in bedrooms was old and in need of replacement. Small ants showed up on our last day and tvs are old and didn't work well.
