Enjoy breathtaking sunsets that rival the owners' love of South Florida's Gulf Coast. The 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps 14 people and sits on nearly 4 acres of beautifully wooded land and has 100 feet of private lake frontage. The home is wonderfully private as it sits back from Lakeshore Drive with a large front lawn, a 3-season room, a tree-canopied patio with a fire pit, a rooftop deck, and a private stone bluff patio on top of the bluff overlooking lake Michigan. (*note: due to high water levels there are NOT stairs available to access the beach, you can not see the lake from the house). Play beach volley ball in the sand volley ball court in the front yard. The generous and open floor plan is perfectly suited to large gatherings. Host a family reunion, corporate retreat, girls' weekend or guys' getaway. The basement has two bunk beds with six twins total (two of the twin mattress pull out from under the bunk bed). Main Floor 2 bedrooms 1 king 1 queen. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms first one has 1 king bed the second top floor bedroom has 2 bunk beds full on bottom twins on top, and there is a loft with a day bed with trundle. **Please note: due to the private nature of the large lot, you cannot see the lake from the home. Also the home is going through a mini renovation in spring 2022, new pictures to be posted in May**

By renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following rules:
(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)
1.) All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed. There is parking for one cars in front of cottage. Parking is allowed on the street.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $150 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 11pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than double the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) No more than 5 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse off all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITOUT AN ADULT!
14.) There may be wood for the fire pit and fireplace that you are welcome to use but it is not provided. You can get firewood at most all local gas stations and stores.
15.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
