Deeded beach access and an absolutely great location on the beach road and within walking distance to Pompano Joes will guarantee plenty of quality time getting to know the shades of the Gulf. This Destin vacation condo also has all the comforts of home that we might worry about leaving- a full laundry room, a master suite with a luxury bathroom, an en suite guest room, and a kitchen that’s ready for your culinary expertise! Additionally, Mediterranea offers amenities including a fitness center, gated and covered parking, tennis courts and an elevator. Vacationers- leave a page in your travel diary for this beachfront condo with Parisian flare. During Spring Break and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. All other times there is a 3 night minimum. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Fantastic Rental!

Our family had a wonderful stay. It was clean, close to the beach, and just as pictured. Great communication with management who were super helpful to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely recommend!
