The iconic and award winning Seaview Beach Houses have been rebuilt and fully refurbished. Located just 250 metres from Bermagui Harbour, Seaview Beach Houses are perfectly positioned to enjoy the captivating ocean views of the NSW Far South Coast and all that Bermagui has to offer.

Completely rebuilt and refurbished, the immaculate, self-contained & award winning Seaview Beach Houses allow you to completely relax on your next family holiday, last-minute getaway, golfing weekend or fishing trip. In a central location, opposite the harbour, shops, cafes and restaurants with a short stroll to beaches and river and only minutes to the Country Club for golf, tennis, bowls and entertainment. Seaview has always been one of the best spots in town and is now also one of the most well-appointed. With all modern conveniences, the 2 bedroom accommodation is fully self-contained and guests also have the use of the communal, undercover BBQ.

Seaview 4 is a two bedroom duplex and sleeps 4.

Bedroom Details:

Bedroom 1- Queen size bed, bedside drawers and reading lights, hanging space

Bedroom 2- Single beds x 2, bedside drawers and reading lights, hanging space

Linen: Supplied. You will need to bring beach towels if required.

Living Room: Open plan with modular lounge seats 5, coffee tables, TV, DVD player, sound system

Dining Room: Table and 6 chairs

Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop with 2 hotplates, electric frypan, toaster and kettle

Bathroom: Shower, vanity unit, shared laundry space. Separate toilet with handbasin

Laundry: In bathroom, top loading washing machine, laundry tub, iron and ironing board

Heating/Cooling: Nobo wall heater and overhead fan in living area.

Pets: Not permitted

Parking: One car space in complex. Limited guest parking onsite.

Outdoor: Undercover front deck with bench seat overlooks parkland 7 Fisherman's Wharf. Clothesline in grassed area. Use of undercover communal BBQ facilities with 2 large BBQs (1 gas & 1 electric), table and bench seating, extra freezer space, sink and bench space.

Accommodation Type: Self contained, not serviced.

Standard Booking Fee: $44.00 per booking non refundable

Security Bond applies: Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to arrival
