New and spacious house (120 square meters) in closed condominium, with 24 hour concierge. Total Security.
It is located in Juquehy, one of the most beautiful beaches of Northern Paulista coast.

Imóvel conforme anuncio, boa localização, condomínio muito gostoso, um ambiente bem familiar e uma praia maravilhosa. O proprietário foi muito atencioso e prestativo, buscando solucionar os pequenos problemas que apareceram. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar no local.

"Imóvel bem localizado. Próximo a padarias, restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Piscinas excelentes. Próximo da praia - 10 minutos a pé. Lugar seguro e bem cuidado. Faltou no imóvel a internet. Mas de modo geral recomendo. Tarciso - Pimenta/MG."

muito bom!

Tudo excelente. So sentimos falta de internet na casa (ainda não tem Wi-Fi...). A localização é ótima, tem td perto e fica a 10min andando da praia. Gostamos muito.

Excelente condomínio e localização

Condomínio muito bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos, a casa muito confortável, com todos os utensílios para um perfeito churrasco (uma pena que a churrasqueira não é coberta). Minha única sugestão: colocar wi-fi na casa, pois não tem.
