Lake Harmony Family Vacation- July 2021

Zack and Sarah is super cool host. They've promptly responded all of our queries, prior and during our stay. Initially, the house had an old smell and damp, may be because it was closed for a long period of time but, that smell disappeared once opened all doors and windows. The house is very close to the Lake Harmony and a few restaurants offer really good food. Host allowed us for a late check out on request. Will recommend this place.

Comfortable and Spacious

Spacious and comfortable home in Lake Harmony. I do recommend and would stay here again. Excellent communication with owners. Easy check in. Good location. We had a wonderful time. Things to know: The lake is a short drive. Not walking distance really but that is norm. We had plenty of room to social distance in beach and in water. Bathrooms closed due to COVID. Family oriented beach have been there before. The AC worked great upstairs and downstairs. Wifi was okay. Don’t count on streaming videos consistently. Be we did stream on Alexa and one person worked so it was fine overall. 3 bedrooms upstairs. One is a master. The other two have a jack and Jill shared bathroom. Downstairs there is one bedroom and another full bath. House is mixed in that some looks remodeled some has some minor cosmetic issues. These in no way affect functionality. I would say most of house and appliances and electronics etc are “stuck” in the early 90’s. Didn’t matter to us one bit. When you walk in front door there is what may have been the former living room. Anyway there is a pool table right there. It is fine and okay. The pockets appear taped up with duct tape but again that is really just cosmetic. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Note that outdoor furniture could use some help. The wooden pieces were functional but were to an extent in disrepair. At the least bed painting. But there were perfect fine Adirondack chair. Bean bag game should be restore or thrown out. This house has plenty of room for all. The beds and pillows in everyone room are quite comfortable. Even the couches in living rooms are super comfy. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!
