Lowcountry home close to the beach, open floor plan, covered porch!

Fabulous Lowcountry style home just a short stroll to the beach! The second floor is raised and features an open living area with flat screen TV, large open kitchen, and dining area with enough chairs to seat the whole family. The back den has a second TV and acts as another gathering area. A large veranda spans the front of the home with rocking chairs, hammock and gas grill, perfect for relaxation. The third floor master suite opens up to a stunning veranda. The ensuite master bath features a whirlpool tub and large walk in shower with double sinks and make-up vanity.
Linens and WiFi included. No Smoking. No Pets.

Note: Fireplace is not for guest use. Gas grill is located on the 2nd floor veranda. Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.

Pleasant stay on Isle of Palms
Good location for the tennis open, walk to beach and Charleston. House was large and bright, with comfortable beds. Some basic amenities could be improved - hangars, hair dryers, bath supplies, kitchen basics.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and the house was very clean. There were not a lot of dhishes for cooking but we were able to make do with what was there. I did have to pay for a refill on the propane tank of the gas grill because I went to cook and steaks and the tank was empty. Over all, the house was spacious and well kept, the area is beautiful and the closest beach access was well within walking distance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house and 209 next door for our fall break trip with 5 different families. We could not have asked for a better house! We have been coming to IOP for 20 years and it never disappoints! There was plenty of room for everyone, lovely neighborhood, comfy beds, great porch where we spent a big portion of our time. Pool looked nice but we were unable to use it due to debris from the hurricane. (We were originally told the pool company would come clean it out soon, but after calling back after 3 days we were told the normal cleaning day was Friday, we were leaving in Thursday). The beach was just a short walk away. We only had a couple minor complaints, nothing that would prevent us from returning but it would make a guest stay much better, and that is1. Cleaning supplies. There is a tiny (almost child size) broom that is completely wore out, preventing us from sweeping up the sand.2. We pulled out the vacuum cleaner be sure with 10 people in the house the floors were getting rough, it smelled so bad we were all gagging. The filter needs changing and the vacuum needs a good cleaning. 3. There wasn’t any type of cleaning supplies, we like to keep our space clean so a multipurpose cleaner would have been helpful. A gas grill would be nice, and also, there should be a sign on the washer saying not to use laundry pods, they collect in the rubber seal and do not dissolve. None of that is a deal breaker, we would happily rent the house again but just thought the owners might like some feedback on what would make their guests trip a little better or let guests know what they can bring! We are already planning our trip for next year, thanks so much for providing such a lovely home away from home!
