Master Bedroom is unique on mountain with king bed
'Kids room' is set up with 4 bunk beds.
Sectional (New in 2013) or blow up mattress in living room gives the option of having two couples stay, but max occupancy is 6 people.
South facing unit is sunny and has great views of the mountain
Full bath has been recently updated.
Kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, toaster, crock pot and all kitchenware, utensils, dishes etc. to make preparing meals a snap.

Perfect for ski in/ski out

Paul’s place was fantastic and so convenient for me and my two girls to stay. I highly recommend Paul’s place and appreciate how communicative he was before and during our stay.

Great unit in an amazing location!

My husband and I brought our three young children for a 4 night stay, and we had the best time. The host communicated check-in instructions clearly & even sent tips for our first time on the mountain. This unit is in such a convenient location - ski right out the back of the building and you’re at South Ridge Lodge in a matter of minutes. Tired kids came home from ski school & went straight to the building’s indoor pool. The bunk room had a great little set-up where the kids could watch movies upstairs. Making meals here was easy - the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. The cherry on top of a great experience was viewing fireworks from the unit’s balcony. We will definitely return!

great slope side accommodations

thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my daughters over february break. condo provides all the convenience of slopeside access with a restaurant in the building. paul was great and provided all the guidance and insight to take advantage both of the property and the mountain.
