About Casey & Caroline

Both being raised in the Central Coast we knew that our roots would always stay here. We love the small town feel with many amenities just a short distance away. We are a very active couple that enjoys camping, wine tasting, snowboarding and entertaining.

Casey & Caroline purchased this house in 2012

Why Casey & Caroline chose Central Coast California

While Paso Robles has grown over the years, it still retains it's small town atmosphere, where people are friendly and inviting. An evening stroll though downtown will convince you that you have found a second home and will make you wanting to return again and again.

What makes this house unique

Unwind on Vine is nearly one hundred year old house that we poured our heart and soul into to make it a charming retreat for our guest. We are located four blocks from Paso Robles downtown city park. The park is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, bars, tasting rooms, boutiques and more. The houses central location is within (5-30 +/-) driving distance to both the east and west side wineries, the coast and the lakes.

Great quiet neighborhood! Beautiful House! Was great to walk downtown, and was close to my favorite winery "Calcareous"!! We will stay here again for sure!!

Beautiful home

  • 5 of 5

This house was lovely! The kitchen was fabulous. All high-end appliances and a chef's delight. Nice bathrooms too. Comfy beds, cozy atmosphere and great location. A full-length mirror behind a door somewhere would be a bit helpful but overall we very much enjoyed this home and would return again. Deadbolt lock on side patio door needs re-adjusting. Deadbolt does not align with plate. No other suggestions as it was such a wonderful place. Thank you

Perfect VRBO!!

  • 5 of 5

This home is an absolute perfect VRBO for a wine weekend down in Paso. We were able to easily walk to the downtown area. The updated kitchen has everything you need for any meals you decide to cook at the house. I really cannot say enough great things. In the mornings we drank coffee and sat on the porches, used the barbecue to make steaks one night after wine tasting downtown, used the WiFi seamlessly and the big TV to watch Saturday morning football. It was just great all around. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

Lovely home. Perfect for our visit to Paso. Only thing the house could use some champagne flutes.

Great Craftsman Bungalow

  • 5 of 5

This is our second time to stay in this house. It is perfect for two couples. Beautiful updated kitchen and nice bathrooms. Our favorite part is being able to walk downtown to all the fun shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Perfect House!

  • 5 of 5

My girlfriends and I rented this spot as a home base to do some wine tasting in the Paso Robles area. It was PERFECT! There were five of us, so four of us shared the two beds and the fifth slept on the pull out couch. The house had absolutely everything we needed - fantastic bathrooms with huge showers, and an amazing kitchen. Not to mention two TVs with all of the channels we could ever want to watch while we unwound every night. The laundry room was amazing too - I wish I'd brought some laundry to do! We cooked two meals at the house and they had everything needed, including baggies and tin foil which rental houses NEVER have! Plus lots of spices, oils, a toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc. It's walking distance to the downtown area so we walked to our dinners each night. Absolutely loved it and will definitely try to reserve it again next time I'm in the area!

Fantastic House

  • 5 of 5

This is an ideal house for 2 couples or a small family. House has updated features. Kitchen is amazing. Easy walking distance to the Paso Robles restaurants. Comfortable porches to have glass of wine and appetizers. More room and amenities than you would have in a hotel room at the same price. Worth it. Enjoy!
