Why Wendy, Devon, or Lexi chose Utah

The home is huge with beautiful city park next door! There is a private gate for guests to access park without having to drive around.

Great for groups, you can sleep multiple families, be together, and still enjoy your privacy in separate units. Please note, there is no interior door connecting the units (access from exterior only).

Park next door to spread out and play. Close to Cottonwood ski canyons! Ski in the morning, and enjoy a movie, dinner, and activities all in one day. Plus, convenient freeway access to downtown Salt Lake and many exciting nearby attractions. We also LOVE the private community park that shares the side yard with this home. The picnic tables and grass play area are great to gather together. The 2 hot tubs in the back with connecting decks also provide double the amenities, but still privacy in separate units.

What makes this house unique

Very unique! Two large homes connected to each other (no connecting interior door), so you can be together but also enjoy your privacy, and sleep 22 comfortably. Also a 3rd home next door you can rent to accommodate 35 total (all 3 homes). Great flexibility for medium to large groups or reunions.

When you rent these two or three homes, you will have the ability to enjoy your privacy as separate families when you want to, but be right next door and enjoy each other's company whenever you want to be together.

You will also have access to our 24/7 staff available during your stay to ensure nothing goes wrong and you are happy. Convenience to ski canyons, restaurants, theaters, shops, freeway access to downtown Salt Lake, your own private hot tub. You'll really enjoy the privacy and functionality of these identical homes connected together.

We rented this twinhome for a business conference. We loved the hot tubs outside, it was perfect to relax after a day's hard work, and we also loved the fact that we could all have dinner in one of the houses (all 17 of us) and have barbecue-nights :).

Beautiful Home Well Maintained - Would Stay Again

We really enjoyed this home. We rented the entire building and had both homes next to each other. Each side had its own hot tub, kitchen, and rooms. We had my brother's family with us who had their own kids so being able to get together at times but also go back to our privacy was a perfect way to travel. The hot tubs were clean, warm, and worked great. The owner and his staff were first class. The owner has a guest services manager and she provided some of hte best service I've ever experienced even in a 5-star hotel. It was totally unexpected. She called us a month before we arrived and gave us tips, got us a great discount on a rental car, and even answered specific questions we had about the home and what's in it. She even setup catering for us for a few meals and it was the best food we'd had on our whole trip.

We definitely recommend this home and its owner's staff. I've never experienced anything like it, especially renting a VRBO home and I've rented quite a few.
