The house has 5 suites with balcony overlooking the sea. Altogether there are 7 bathrooms. equipped kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room, large balcony with amazing views. leisure area with barbecue, zen pergola, pool table, and an infinity pool where you can soak up the sun looking at the ocean.
The house is very light and airy, recently decorated, is in great condition. It is located on the slope of the beach Maranduba, surrounded by green area, with access to the sea via the stairs, where you can take a refreshing bath. Access to the house is by a dirt road about 1 km climb, featuring the natural preservation of the neighborhood for its residents.
Within 5 minutes drive you will find all the structure that needs markets, shops, gas stations, pharmacies, greengrocers, fishmongers, etc ...
The house has an incredible natural energy, you should see in person.

Amamos todos se divertiram e sem falar que a casa é exatamente como está nas fotos um luxo, fomos bem recebidos a caseira é um doce de pessoa e a proprietária muito compreensiva e educada, nota mil, obrigado Joana.

SATISFAÇÃO

Recomendo locação deste imóvel! Atendeu a todas as expectativas e as fotos demonstram a realidade do local. Ficamos no período todo do carnaval e não tivemos nenhum imprevisto. Recepção excelente e o melhor é o pronto retorno da Joana durante a negociação do imóvel! Casa moderna e aconchegante! Todos os que participantes desta estadia ficaram muito satisfeitos e voltariam sem duvidas!

reveillon 2015-2016

Alugamos neste reveillon. A Gloria, sensacional cozinheira, preparou uma otima ceia de reveillon. A casa fica +/- 15 minutos a pé da praia do Pulso (perfeita com crianças) e +/- 20 minutos de carro da bonita praia caçandoca (bares na praia,...). fomos nadando da casa até a praia do Pulso (+/- 700-800m) Detalhes : sem internet (wifi nao funcionou), aparelho de som queimado, e outros detalhes (ventiladores,..) nao funcionaram. Em resumo, boa estadia nesta casa. otima lembrança no reveillon.

Melhor vista de Ubatuba

Ótima opção para quem quer sossego...a casa é muito confortável, todas as acomodações são muito boas e arejadas...o visual da casa é sensacional!!...aproveitamos muito a área da piscina, que possui cozinha completa e banheiro... Apesar das fortes chuvas que antecederam nossa chegada, somente tivemos problemas com a internet da casa (que estava péssima) e o aparelho de som que estava queimado... fora isso, tudo estava em perfeitas condições e o som da TV da casa é muito bom (resolveu nosso problema)...a caseira (Dona Glória) é muito gente boa e prestativa, sempre atenta em nos ajudar durante a estada... Já estamos planejando um retorno...
