This apartment is located in one of the most fascinating areas of the historic center of Rome, a few steps from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.

The apartment is located on the second floor of building of three with elevator and is subdivided in two levels. Entering the apartment you will have access to a small hallway and corridor leading you to the first bedroom and to the dining room. In the dining room you will find a fully equipped kitchen that comes with electric stoves, multifunctional micro, dish washer, refrigerator and freezer. Obviously a dining table that once opened accommodate 8 people and the relative 8 chairs. From the dining room you will have access to the first bathroom, and to the living. The first bathroom comes with shower sink, WC and bidet. The living room comes with a huge and comfortable sofa convertible in a double bed. From the living room through a flight of stairs, you will let access to the second level of the apartment where you will find the second double bedroom and the second bathroom also equipped with shower, sink, WC and bidet. In the second bedroom there is also an extra bed making these apartment able to accommodate up to seven guests.

The apartment is really easy to live, the 2 bedrooms are completely independent, and the living room can be easily converted in a bedroom, owning an independent access to the bathroom in the dining room.

The apartment has been completely refurbished. Independent heating, air conditioned and television in every room and free WiFi internet connection; we will be happy to supply a baby cot on request.

For larger groups, it may be useful to note that the apartment is located in the same building of the other apartment Ibernesi, accommodating together up to four bedrooms and bathrooms.

The apartment is situated in a fantastic location, a picturesque and unique street, very central but with quite no cars at all, Via degli Ibernesi. Is less than ten minutes walking from some of the major attractions of Rome.

Going up through the street “Salita del Grillo” can be quickly reached the square of the Quirinale and the Trevi fountain; while going down the same, only a few meters away, the Forums and the Colosseum.

In addition to this, the location is also considered the center of the present day Roman life. The unique narrow streets, and the characteristic architectures, are making this area one of the most attractive of Rome.

Great Apartment very close to city center and all the main historical sites

Great apartment within walking distance to the Coloseum, Forum, museums, restaurants, and shops. The Owners were great and communication was easy. We took the owner recommendation for the car service to adn from FCO and were very pleased with the service. The Apartment was clean and the fixtures all worked well. We cooked there two nights. We really enjoyed being able to walk to everything. The only minor issue is that if you are traveling with family and you try to go to bed between 10pm and midnight, just know that there tends to be quite a bit of foot traffic in and out of the aparment at that time from people headed to late dinner, bars, etc. We found that ear plugs worked well and everything quiets down after midnight. This ony really affects you if you are in the lower bedroom. The upper bedroom was high enough off the street to lessen the impact.

The property is clean, the beds were comfortable and Luigi was very helpful. He set up a ride from the airport which was s great help as our flight arrived s lot later than anticipated.

Thank you Luigi!! This beautiful apartment was perfect with a group of 5! We were all very comfortable! That the apartment was in a great location!! Luigi took the time to gather a list of the best restaurants, bars, and things to do in Italy!! A phone was provided for us If a problem arised. I would definitely recommend this apartment!!

Beautiful place!

Our family of six decided to visit Rome and we could not have stayed at a better place than this flat. This place is beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and at the best location, next to the Forum. We loved the spring water just steps down the apartment and had fresh water every day. We loved our stay and would love to stay at this apartment again. But we'll definitely never come back at the end of July 98degrees/50% humidity. Thank you for your great hospitality Luigi.

Rome Vacation

For two weeks we stayed in the apartment and were very comfortable with dishwasher

and clothes washer. All the amenities of home. Being in the heart of Rome downtown

made it easy to see all the sites. Nearby restaurants had great food. It was a pleasure

to be in a home away from home.
