Perfect location in a great condo!

The condo was exactly as described and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The condo and building are maintained very well. The island is quiet and just a short walk away to the Clearwater pier and the beach. Perfect location! Anna and Sam are great to work with. We had no issues and will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular views in an outstanding location

My wife, 6 month old son and spent the winter here and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The property is in excellent condition and Anna and Sam are 1st class people. They were always available if we had any questions. We were walking distance from the beach and restaurants and having the grocery store a block away was great for my wife when I had to travel for work. The location of the building is such that you don't have any road noise and the building itself is very quiet. With the unit on the 9th floor you get panoramic views of the ocean and intracoastal waterway and you are opposite the parking lot so no parking lot view either. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.
