About this property

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, (one with 1.93x2.03m king size bed, 32 'lcd tv with cable channels; one with 2 0.96x2.03 American standard single beds that can be joined together, forming a king size bed), living room with 3 environments, sofa, armchairs, dining table for 4 people, 46 'led tv with multiple cable channels, fast speed WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen with various utensils, stove, microwave and duplex refrigerator; laundry area with washing machine, iron and washing tank. Towels and bed linen will be available during the stay for an additional fee.
The building has 2 lifts, 24-hour concierge and party room.

* If required, one of the single beds has a small built-in bed for one more person and will be charged an additional R $ 80.00 per day.

FUJAM DESTE IMÓVEL!!! APARTAMENTO MUITO VELHO E DONO SUPER MAL EDUCADO!!! FOI UMA ENORME DECEPÇÃO!!!

GERAL: -aluguel caríssimo, realidade diferente das fotos na internet -MAU estado de conservação e manutenção -“Lindo Apartamento”? PIADA! Carece de REFORMA URGENTE!! COZINHA/ÁREA SERVIÇO: -cozinha pequena, super apertada (fato escondido nas fotos) -ferro de passar vaza água (sem tampa) -máquina de lavar louça velhíssima e nem funciona (consta nas fotos sugerindo que está em uso, mas na verdade é sucata!) -máquina de lavar roupa sem função secadora (bem diferente da foto!) -varal suspenso velho e quebrado -sem aspirador, vassoura bem velha -janelas fora do encaixe, fazem barulho com o vento e emperram -fogão desqualificado, só acende no fósforo (nunca vi um fogão tão velho na minha vida!) -forno muito encardido por dentro, um nojo! -depurador de ar velhíssimo, que não suga, só faz barulho Ou seja, ”cozinha totalmente equipada” (segundo anunciado) é uma VERGONHA! QUARTOS: -vidro da janela rachado -tomadas desencaixam facilmente da parede -no quarto de casal, internet fraca e TV com menos canais -luminárias imundas, cheias de insetos mortos e com várias lâmpadas queimadas SALA: -tapetes encardidos, ao invés de brancos eram marrons! (pedi para retirar no 1º dia) -sofá pequeno e imundo, com tecido encardido (só cobrindo com manta ou edredon para usá-lo!) -cadeiras de varanda (!!!) ao invés de poltronas (como anunciado), de madeira, muito desconfortáveis e inapropriadas para sala de estar -mesa de jogo de cartas (!!!) ao invés de mesa de jantar (como anunciado), de madeira sem tampo e suja -cadeiras encardidas, desconfortáveis e pesadas para refeições -piso muito velho e riscado, com tacos de madeira soltos (os tapetes encobriam os defeitos) -tralhas velhas ocupando espaço nos armários e gavetão da sala -não tem lavabo BANHEIRO: -porta-objetos do box mal fixado (cai tudo no chão) -chuveiro fraco -descarga fraquíssima (mesmo sem jogar papel, é preciso apertar 2 ou 3 vezes) -armários estragados pela infiltração -torneira da pia fica vazando -menção especial ao proprietário, que nos ameaçou de difamação e acusação caluniosa de furto (“roubo”, “fazer B.O.”, “ir à justiça” etc.). Reclamou de sumiço do secador de cabelo (encontrou, mas não se desculpou) e de “idiotices” como almofada preta, velas, balde de cerveja etc., mas tudo isso ficou guardado lá, em cantos menos acessíveis para não atrapalhar. Considera entregar 2 lâmpadas um “favor” para o morador. Afirmou que tem outros aptos para alugar, CUIDADO!!!

Nice if you like camping out.

The good: the location was good, near shopping, restaurants, a quiet neighborhood. WiFi worked well. The bed was good, furniture fine. The not so good: EVERY OTHER TIME, when we rent an apt from VRBO or AirB&B, the owner/manager leaves instructions: how to get on WiFi, how to use the washer, TV, how to get into the building, etc., etc. This person left ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. We had to have a friend (who spoke Portuguese, which we don’t) call him to get the WiFi name/pw, to let us know that we had to dry clothes by hanging them up on a set of rickety poles in the kitchen (see below); how to turn on the stove (see below), and everything else that a responsible manager should tell people on a little sheet of paper which is not really difficult to write. The shower worked... it was strange, but it worked. The bad: no clothes dryer, no notice of that beforehand, no instructions as to how to use the rather amazingly improvised drying racks. Windows in the kitchen had to be open to dry the clothes, and they had no screens, so flies and mosquitoes were welcomed. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Yes, that’s right; there was even a hot water faucet, which apparently isn’t SUPPOSED to work. The knobs on the kitchen sink were falling off, and while the hot water there did (!) work, it was extremely difficult to actually turn it on. The stove didn’t work at all. We (our friend who spoke Portuguese) called the owner, and he sent someone to fix it. A very simple fix once the repairman got there. WHY wasn’t the stove inspected BEFORE we rented the apt?? In general, it felt more like camping out in a nice building than staying in a livable apartment. If you like roughing it, complete with necessary mosquitoes, in a nice neighborhood, then this is the place for you. Perhaps the stove will work now, who knows? Not the owner, apparently.

Perfeito!

O apartamento é perfeito! fica ao lado do shopping Cristal e de vários bares e restaurantes. O quarto de casal possui uma cama ENORME (king size) e tv a cabo. Os lençóis são de ótima qualidade. A Internet funcionou perfeitamente no tempo em que ficamos. O Leandro foi uma simpatia e nos forneceu várias dicas de passeios e restaurantes. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa escolha e com toda certeza retornaremos.

Ótima estadia

Viajamos à Curitiba para levar minha filha de 2 anos para fazer uma cirurgia no Hospital Pequeno Príncipe e ficamos hospedadas no apartamento do sr. Leandro. Foi uma ótima escolha, pois além de ficar a apenas 3 quadras do hospital, o apartamento é muito bonito, limpo e confortável. Tinha tudo o que eu precisava (liquidificador, microondas, pratos, talheres, etc). Recomendo a todos.

satisfeita

Fiquei muito satisfeita com minha estadia, a localização do apartamento é excelente tanto quanto as acomodações. As roupas de cama e banho estavam realmente limpas como também o apartamento. Bem próximo estão bons restaurantes e shopping. Quem estiver procurando um local para ficar e desfrutar as belezas de Curitiba, vale muito a pena se acomodar neste apartamento. Gostei bastante e voltarei com certeza
