Lugar muito bonito

Lugar muito legal, pretendo voltar, a vista é belíssima, Lugar espaçoso, só o freezer que deixou a desejar por não estar funcionando e a sala de jogos precisa de uma boa manutenção, de resto sem defeito!

Informações importantes

Leiam… A vista é realmente sensacional. A área da piscina e churrasqueira é bem legal, piscina grande, tem cadeiras e mesas e a cervejeira. Mas o que a casa tem de legal para por aí. Ela está terrivelmente sem manutenção. As portas dos quartos externos não trancam, dormimos com as portas abertas. Goteira em um dos quartos, pisos e gessos do teto soltos. Sauna, TV e alguns ventiladores dos quartos que não funcionam. A casa estava muito suja e com cheiro de mofo (móveis, louças e utensílios da cozinha) e banheiros com cheiros horríveis. Colchões sujos e rasgados. A cozinha é minúscula, daquelas pias que só cabem uma pessoa trabalhando, só tem espaço para uma pessoa cozinhar (tanto que não tem foto). Tudo no salão de jogos é impossível utilizar. No caso de chuva, não há área coberta para irmos para os quartos. Tivemos que sair para comprar gás. A casa é tão perto do vizinho que foi muito difícil escutar funk o dia todo e até de madrugada. Levamos 30min da cidade até a chácara porque a estrada é muito esburacada. Tinha móveis amontoados embaixo dos quartos, podendo alojar bichos perigosos. O latão do lixo estava cheio de larvas e ainda é preciso que o locatário leve para uma lixeira longe da casa. Sinceramente não acredito que o protocolo de COVID esteja sendo seguido. Resumindo, foram dias de estresse.

Este lugar é incrível. Área de convivência e da piscina muito grande, casa equipada e preparada para receber a quantidade de pessoas que suporta. O visual é incrível, por do sol incrível visto da piscina e não deixa a desejar em nada do que mostra nas fotos. Voltarei com toda certeza!
