This newly renovated condo in the heart of downtown overlooks the ivy clad Washington State Convention Center from its perch on the 13th floor of a mid-century high-rise building. Guests are within easy walking distance of the city’s best sights, shops, entertainment, and restaurants including the downtown Seattle shopping district, Pike Place Market, Seattle's Waterfront, and the eclectic Capitol Hill neighborhood. The Space Needle and Seattle Center are 1.3 miles to the North and the Stadium district an equal distance to the south; each a short bus, cab, or monorail ride away.

You enter into a spacious and beautifully decorated living room, complete with brand new furnishing and modern amenities. White leather seating and a large window framing the sparkling lights of downtown Seattle. The decor has a great modern vibe! The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a quick meal. All linens and towels are included. Laundry facilities are available for guests in the building as well as a roof top deck with city views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle, and Capitol Hill.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. A fold down European-style couch back in the living room offers a full sized sleeping surface for a fifth guest. Stunning views of downtown with its skyscrapers, and a peek-a-boo view of Elliott Bay are available from every window in this modern and comfortable condo.
An iPod friendly stereo, 60” LED Smart TV with HD cable programming, Netflix/Vudu/Amazon streaming streaming, as well as DVD & Blu-ray player in the living room are provided for your entertainment. In each bedroom there are also 40 inch LCD HDTVs. Complimentary high speed wireless internet is available throughout the condo as well as CAT5 connectivity. A PC with Media Center and 24” LCD is provided so there is no need for you to lug a laptop around.
With an almost perfect walk score of 98 the location simply can’t be beat. Situated in the ideal downtown Seattle location, it is just steps to Pacific Place & Westlake shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, the monorail, and many restaurants. The building is just a few blocks from Swedish Hospital. Add in easy access to & from I-5 as well as the airport light rail line and needless to say, the location is prime!
Unlike most other vacation rentals in the area, we do not charge for parking. There is one parking spot per unit in our building and the garage is located in the basement of the building.
Please be aware that this condo does not have air conditioning. We do provide fans for your comfort. Also, be aware that this is an urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty concrete construction.

This building is centrally located; close to the Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom, Space Needle and Seattle Center, and Seattle waterfront. We are surrounded by an eclectic urban neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
You will love our property! You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Besides towels and linens, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. A high chair and pack n play are available for a flat rental.
We booked a last minute trip to Seattle to see the city for the first time. The location was perfect for anyone looking to do most the major touristy things on foot, within a two mile radius of the property. The property itself was clean and inviting, with extra attention to detail on all the little amenities needed. Definitely worth the price and it was greatly appreciated that all we needed to do prior to leaving was take out the trash.
We thoroughly enjoyed the rental property. It was clean & well stocked with amenities; hair dryer, coffee/tea, dishes, variety of soaps, etc. The unit even had bath robes available if needed. The location was terrific. We utilized Uber to go everywhere due to my 75 year old mother not being able to climb hills. It was very cost effective. In fact, I encourage people to do that as it will allow you not to worry about driving, parking, etc. The rental property does include a parking space if needed - that was an added bonus if we would have rented a car. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. Because the unit is in the city you can hear the traffic, however, you get used to it and it's not bad with the windows closed. The view out the window is just as the picture shows - it's really quite fun to look out. We also appreciated the "rental team" and how responsive they were when we had to delay our arrival time. Personally meeting us at the rental property and showing us the place was so nice too. We would definitely recommend this unit.
Property is great, clean and modern. It is quiet in the building and you can really relax there. An excellent location. I was there for a convention and I would get to the Convention Center in a few minutes. Different excellent restaurants, shopping stores, and Food stores in the area. Costumer service was very good.
I would surely recommend this property to people I know.
Loved the apartment and the position, but the bed in the main bedroom was BROKEN! Literally. The boards supporting the mattress were broken and someone had tried to fix it with props and tape. The most uncomfortable nights we have had on our holiday so far. Very disappointing, particularly considering the money we paid to book what we believed would be a great place. The most annoying thing is that both the owner and the property manager know the bed is broken and continue to allow the place to be rented without it being fixed.
The apartment was reasonably well appointed, but not particularly clean on arrival. The traffic noise from the freeway was considerable; a background roar, particularly with windows open. Suggest closed windows & ear plugs at night.

We loved the condo; it was clean and adorable! We were able to walk to everything we had planned for the weekend - pier, baseball, pikes place, pioneer square... We will definitely use it again!
