Six bedroom, two bath, fully furnished over-sized raised ranch in the popular Eastward Look neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to Scarborough Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern New England. Enjoy the waves of the Atlantic and large boardwalk and pavilion area, walk the rocks and fish off Black Point or just relax in the backyard of this over sized home. Just a short drive to the neighborhood children's playground, tennis courts and basketball court.

Just bring your towels and linens, everything else is here for you. Your home away from home includes 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves,2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, coffee maker, toaster, 2 TVs with cable, DVD, washer & dryer, central air conditioning, wireless internet and local phone service. There is plenty of living space with a large den with 3 couches. In addition, there is a second fully equipped kitchen on the lower level. Deck with picnic table and furniture, gas grille and a hot & cold outdoor shower.

In regard to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we wish to remind renters that the property will be cleaned thoroughly in between rental reservations to ensure sanitation.

Summer 2020

The house did it’s job for us but wasn’t the cleanest or as you to our standards as previous homes. Tons of black mold in the basement. Smelled of mildew upon entering. Beds were very uncomfortable. Shower liners had to be replaced due to ripping and mildew. Outside shower was the saving grace that everyone loved! Looked bigger in photos than it actually was. We lost electricity and air conditioner for a day and Ann OBrien did get a company out on a Sunday to look at and fix it. That was appreciated.

There was so much moisture in lower level.

Good except thought it was closer to beach house is plenty big enough for several people. Down stairs need a dehumidifier bathroom needs alittle more cleaning but not that bad yard plenty large enough.overall it was a fun.time. two kitchen was a plus.
