This 4,000 sq ft Montana log home is just a 20 minute drive away from Whitefish Mountain which is one of Montana’s finest ski resorts. Whitefish Resort links you to 3000 acres (98 trails) where you can enjoy some world class skiing. The resort is well known for a pleasant lack of lift lines as for its consistently good snow conditions, on average 300 inches a year!

When the snow melts, Whitefish Mountain Resort becomes home to thrilling zip lines and an alpine slide, world-class downhill and cross-country mountain biking, and the unique Walk in the Treetops, in addition to spectacular hiking, golfing, water sports, fly fishing, whitewater rafting and Glacier National Park, it is the perfect base camp for a summer visit to Montana’s majestic Flathead Valley.

This home is just a 12 minute drive away from historic Downtown Whitefish. If you enjoy shopping, this is the place for you! There are many Clothing, Souvenir and Antique shops for you to relish in. Take pleasure in some of the finest restaurants that the Flathead Valley has to offer!

This gorgeous Montana log home has 4,000 square feet of living space packed with all the comforts of home. This home has lots of windows for ample light and spectacular views plus there is no extra charge for the fresh mountain air. The floor plan is open and inviting. Spacious kitchen which was just remodeled and everything is brand new. The dining area shows 8 seats with additional chairs and six bar stools at kitchen counter. Cozy living room with a stunning fireplace. On the upper level is a beautiful Loft Bedroom which has one King-size bed and one Full-size bed and a private balcony with views of the river. There are two bedrooms on the main level. Bedroom #1 has a Queen-size bed and an en suite full bathroom. This bedroom also has sliding glass doors to enjoy going outside. Bedroom #2 has a Queen-size bed as well. There is a full bathroom on the main level. On the lower level are two more bedrooms. One has a King-size bed and one has a Queen-size bed. There is a beautiful full bathroom on this level as well. Cozy TV room with large leather sectional sofa and large TV. Washer and Dryer can be found in the laundry room in the lower level. This level has a very nice in-floor heating system for the cold winter months. There is a very large maintained grass yard with a volleyball net, room for plenty of games or just enjoying the serenity of the river setting. It is a great location for a family gathering. It is in a quiet country neighborhood, minimal traffic on the road, and the surrounding properties consist of hay fields, the river and trees. The yard is very large and is watered and mowed on a regular basis. There is ample parking available with a roundabout in the driveway. The home sits on 8 acres and has a very nice private setting alongside the Stillwater River which runs right behind the home. This is an authentic Montana Log Home! Wonderful log home with great location!

This is a beautiful, clean, well maintained home with easy access to the Whitefish and Kalispell. Extremely well stocked with comfortable beds and living space. Location along the Stillwater river is quiet and lovely, however mosquitos were definitely a problem during our stay so it limited the time we could spend outdoors enjoying the views. My only negative comment. The property manager was helpful and even dropped off extra bug spray. We were a group of 12 women from Calgary, AB. Canada who came to Whitefish to golf, shop and spa. We enjoy the two courses at the Whitefish Golf Course and their dining room has exceptional meals and service. Mambos Italian in Whitefish is a great place to dine with excellent food. The Spa at Whitefish Lodge was perfect for our spa needs and the added attraction of the use of their pool area made for an extra special day. I would certainly recommend this property for families or larger groups and love Whitefish! Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your home!

Fabulous Home!

This is such a fabulous home. Plenty of room for large families and has everything you need. The yard was fun for the kids to play in. There was a volleyball net, and lots of other fun toys. We actually never even wanted to leave. The house made the vacation.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at the cabin! Plenty of room for all of us! The property was more than adequately stocked with anything you would need during your stay. We loved having a place where all of us could prepare meals together and sit and visit. It was nice to have a home base where some could stay back and relax while others could go out and explore.

We were not able to get into the property immediately (code wasn't sent). When I called for help, within a couple of minutes we had two separate people show up to help us get in. One was the maintenance person who lives right next door. The other was a sweet lady who lives on the property in a separate rental. Both said we could call them if needed for anything.

Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. We loved the back yard deck. It was a nice spot to sit and relax after a busy day and enjoy the quiet and serenity. It also came complete with a small herd of white-tail deer grazing on the fallen apples from the tree. Owners thought of everything!!

The one (and only one) thing I thought of that would be perfect to add to this property would be an outdoor hot tub.

The 10 of us were very pleased with the home and its amenities. It was exactly as described with nothing lacking. It's a very quiet location, but within 20 minutes of shopping, etc. Glacier Park is less than an hour away.

Wonderful!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a family vacation. It was perfect. There was so much room, the kids loved running around and playing outside, it was fully stocked with everything we possibly needed, and we loved spending the evenings out on the porch! Jennie was wonderful to work with! She was so attentive, she made sure we had everything we needed, and she was so kind and welcoming. We loved our time here and we would definitely rent it again.
