Palm Beach is a luxury South Coast beachfront condominium development delightfully positioned on a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by manicured lush tropical gardens. This second level 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condominium offers high quality finishes throughout with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, spacious open plan living areas, air conditioning throughout, en-suite bedrooms and every modern convenience. The spacious patio offers stunning pool and beach views and is fully equipped for outdoor dining and lounging. The kitchen is completely equipped for creating culinary masterpieces or just popping some porridge in the microwave, with enough crockery to entertain if you choose to. The accommodation also boasts a piano should you wish to keep your keyboard skills up while on vacation. Other amenities include an elevator should you prefer not to take the stairs, television with over 50 channels of cable television as well as WiFi internet access so you can keep in touch with the world.
Palm beach is a secure gated, C shaped development with the condominiums arranged around the edge with views over the gardens and pool to the beach and sea. There are elevators to assist with access to the upper floors and a gym for residents use. There is a large tiered central pool with loungers, chairs and tables for relaxed sunbathing as well as a magnificent quiet beach directly in front of the property with excellent swimming a few steps along the white sand. All beaches in Barbados are public so you can walk in either direction along the powder white beaches as far as you choose. Palm Beach is centrally located allowing for easy and quick access to shopping facilities, restaurants and the bustling nightlife of the St. Lawrence Gap area and is not more than five minutes walk from the Garrison Savannah Historic Area, recently awarded World Heritage Site status and home of the annual Sandy Lane Gold Cup horse race.
As property manager for 210 Palm Beach, I take care of this beautiful property on behalf of the owners who live overseas. Having lived and worked in Barbados for 20 years I know the Island intimately and love welcoming visitors of our beautiful Island and helping make their stay as enjoyable as I can.

210 Palm Beach enjoys an excellent location, being minutes walk from restaurants, bars, shopping and public transport as well a short walk to the popular Rockley Beach - Gem of the South Coast. The development is beautifully designed, modern and spacious offering a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of the busy South Coast while still being close enough to enjoy what it has to offer when you leave this tranquil oasis.
Beautiful condo in an idyllic location!
My parents, my boyfriend and I stayed at Palm Beach Condo 210 for one week, and we wouldn't have changed a thing about it! The condo is very large, with plenty of both common space and bedroom space. The rooms all had plenty of space and nice natural light, with the master bedroom opening to the porch, which my parents really liked! It was great that each room had it's own bathroom, so that we could all get ready for the night at the same time. My boyfriend and I love to cook, so the large, well-equipped kitchen was really appreciated! It was also great that the kitchen, large living/dining room, and porch were all open to each other, so that we could talk with my family while preparing meals. The porch is one of the best things about the condo - it is quite large and has great views to the pool, landscaping and ocean! We spent a lot of time on the porch relaxing, and also ate all our meals out there. The pool is very large and so convenient for rinsing off after swimming in the ocean, cooling off during the day, or going for that late night dip after getting off the plane!
The condo is in a great location, near restaurants, shopping, and the beach. There is a convenience store across the street for basic food items, and a large grocery store is only a short drive/bus ride down the main road. We also found a number of great restaurants within walking distance, so many that we never had to repeat during our stay. There is a bus stop less than 5 minutes from the condo complex, and buses go directly to Bridgetown and Carlise Bay in one direction and Accra Beach, St Lawrence Gap and Oisens Fish Market in the other direction. To get to Accra, you can also walk along the beach and a beautifully constructed boardwalk (30 min walking, 10 min on bus). Palm Beach is so conveniently located that we only rented a car for a day to visit the rest of the island and stock up on groceries, then walked or took the bus to everywhere else we wanted to go!

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our stay! We stayed for 10 nights for our honeymoon in October 2015.
From the minute we set foot outside the airport, Catherine, the property manager, arranged for a cab to pick us up and drive us to the condo. Palm Beach could not have been in more a more perfect location. Close to shopping, beaches, city center, etc and it is definitely one of the nicest developments around. Catherine was there to greet us upon arrival after a long trip (from California) and had some cold "Banks," local beer, waiting for us as well. She immediately took charge to make sure the condo fit my husband's needs since he is in a wheelchair. The unit is accessible and worked well for him after Catherine found a ramp to get him in and out of the main door comfortably. The condo was quite spacious and the view of the Caribbean was amazing. We took many naps out on the covered patio lounge chairs while listening to the tropical rain. It is also very clean and the complex is quiet and peaceful.
This was the perfect honeymoon thanks to Catherine! She was extremely helpful and always answered our calls when we needed something.
We would definitely love to return once we have children.

Our family of 6 called this condo home for 2 weeks in april 2015. Everything was great. The unit was as advertised. Clean, spacious very well equipped with everything needed to feel at home. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, huge patio doors to the amazing deck blew us away! The 2 other bedrooms also with ensuite bathroom, A/C and ceiling fans were little more modest but acceptable. The complexe is one of the of the nicest along this strip of the south coast with security, pool, gym and impeccable grounds, also easy on foot access to 4 beautiful beachs (Accra, Drill hall, and the 2 right next door who's names I can't remember). The small local buses that go by every 30 secs and that cost $2bds make getting around easy and cheap. The supermarket is a pretty long walk away but they will bring you and your groceries home free of charge on their shuttle. For smaller needs there is a convience store accross the road. Finally but not least of all was the manager Catherine who was great for us, she greated us upon arrival and saw us off on our last day, thru her we made arrangements for a car rental and airport transfers. Catherine was very professionnal and helpful and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you again. As an added bonus, on our last morning we swam with 3 turtles in the shallow waters almost right in front of the complexe. If you are considering renting this unit go ahead without fear!
This condo was exactly as pictured...just beautiful. There were 5 of us. We were greeted by Catherine with some basic groceries, which were very appreciated! We all had our own bathroom in addition to the half bath. The kitchen was open to the living room, which was very spacious. Cable and internet worked well.
There were several restaurants within walking distance and a small grocery store. We hired a driver for the 7 days we stayed there. Some days we didn't need him as we walked to dinner and stayed local.
Hearing the ocean from the large balcony was so relaxing. The balcony was also perfect to view the pool. Its in a great location. Catherine was always available if we had any questions. Would highly recommend!
My wife and I shared this condo with my brothers family for 8 nights during our stay in Barbados. From the time we landed, Caroline met us at the airport and took us to the condo. She even surprised us with a few groceries, cold beer and rum in the fridge. Thanks again for that, Caroline. The condo is fully loaded and equipped with everything you will need and the property - well, stunning is an understatement. We used the pool daily for a great morning and evening swim. The condo complex is peaceful at night with the sounds of the crickets helping you fall asleep. All the pictures are just as it is. A great place to relax after spending the days touring the island.
The condo is nicely located on the southwest end of the island making it a pleasure to get around for something to eat or for shopping. St Lawrence Gap was a quick 5 minute drive for shopping and restaurants and only 10 minutes from Oistens. Bridgetown was also only 5 - 10 minutes and another 10 or so to Holetown for some great shopping and eating. We rented a car for our stay so we ventured all over the island but it was nice to not have to drive far for dinner each night.
I will happily contact Caroline to stay at this condo again on a future trip to Barbados. Thank you Caroline for making this one of our best vacations.

Barbados is a small Island of only 166 square miles with 3 distinct coasts, each very different from the other. The center of the Island is lush and green with acres of sugar cane fields which is said to be why Barbados has been endearingly nic- named “Little England”. Palm Beach is situated on the South Coast.
The South Coast is where the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean mix making the water more wavy, with fresh breezes and beautiful white sandy beaches. The South is especially ideal for those who enjoy a vibrant area with an eclectic mixture of Caribbean Architecture and modern facilities. There are a wide range of hotels, villas and condominiums available, from luxurious to simple. There are also a wide variety of restaurants and bars, shops and activities available and of course surfing. Bridgetown is the capital of Barbados and offers a wide selection of Duty Free shopping along with numerous Historical buildings to view and stroll around including the enchanting Careenage with its bobbing boats and yachts and Nelsons Column which was erected prior to London’s Trafalgar Square version. Palm Beach is delightfully situated adjacent to The Historic Garrison Area which has recently been awarded a UNESCO World Heritage Site which also offers plenty of opportunities to experience exciting horse race days. The Palm Beach Condominiums are delightfully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the South Coast benefiting from both quiet tranquility while being close to all amenities. The whole Island is easily accessible from Hastings, whether by hire car, taxi or the local bus services.
Wonderful attractions not to be missed range from simply watching the magical sunsets from the beach while sipping a Rum Punch listening to the melodic sounds of Two Men and Their Guitars at the Hilton on a Saturday afternoon from 5-7pm, (Which is conveniently a few steps along the beach) to booking a trip on one of the large Catamaran Day Cruises which offer superb value and include pickup, 5 hours of cruising along the coast with stops to swim, snorkel, swim with the friendly turtles, buffet luncheon and all you choose to drink topped off with a drop back to the Condo.
Whether you want a quiet self catering vacation or to try a variety of excellent restaurants and listen to the abundant live music on offer, a restful holiday by the pool or an activity filled vacation, the South Coast has everything to hand and Palm Beach is perfectly located to satisfy all dreams of the perfect vacation.

Cancellation of booking received more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less any administrative and/or banking charges assessed to us by any banking institution; cancelations received within 30 days of arrival date will result in forfeiture of your payments. No refunds will be given for time unused should you depart earlier than your original departure date.
We accept cash,direct deposit into our bank account,if time permits,and traveler's checks. We do accept US dollars,but no denominations larger than a $50 bill,please. A 25 % deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit will be taken from a valid credit card on arrival and released within 7 days after departure.
