About this property

Large 3 bedroom 3 bath with 2300 sq. ft. Granite top kitchen and bathrooms. 2 Ocean front balconies. Located in the center of town with under building parking. Its has 3 large beds, 2 Kings and 1 Queen with a double size pullout in the living room. It is adjacent to the Cocal Hotel so you have Ocean front dining and a Casino. I live here and will be checking you in, driving you on a quick tour of the town so you know where everything is and I can set up discounted tours. This is the most popular place to stay in Jaco. Walk to everything in town. There is a maximum of three people allowed in the condo but of course you can have guests.

Great place in the middle of town

Had a great time and being in the middle of town let’s you experience all that is Jaco. Security team is very nice and helpful and having the hotel onsite with bars and restaurant is a great addition. Not to mention the beach and a great views, plus hearing the waves break over coffee in the terrace in the AM.
