Townhouse consisting of ground floor of a kitchen, dining room and be integrated on the first floor three bedrooms, one double suite, a bedroom with double bed and a twin bed, another bedroom with four single beds, coverage beyond the pool and barbecue, full bath with double sofa bed. All dormitories and even in coverage have split air.

House well furnished, everything new, great location, with all comfort and safety. LCD TV, home teacher, crockery, pots, cutlery, skewers, microwave, electric oven, washing machine, fans, internal grills on the roof, garage for two cars. Close to the beach, supermarket and club, located on the main beach promenade.

SUPEROU AS EXPECTATIVAS

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo irmão do anunciante, que é morador do condomínio. O sr Orestes foi sempre muito disponível para qualquer dúvida antes ou após o início da nossa estadia. A casa é ainda melhor que nas fotos, muito limpa, móveis, eletros e camas novas e em excelente estado. Tem 3 andares, a piscina é maravilhosa e sempre pega sol na cobertura. Todos eletros disponíveis, inclusive espremedor de frutas, cafeteira, liquidificador, torradeira, torneira elétrica, forno embutido, 3 geladeiras e muito mais...enfim, superou nossas expectativas. Perto de mercados e uma padaria e confeitaria diferenciada. Garagem com muito espaço e condomínio muito seguro e cercado. Voltaremos com certeza, obrigada sr Orestes pela hospitalidade!!

Excelente lugar y atención

Fuimos 3 familias, nos encontramos con un departamento en excelentes condiciones, amplio, limpio, muy completo en electrodomésticos y utensilios. La piscina siempre limpia gracias a Luciano, el encargado del lugar, quien nos brindo una atención única, estando siempre a nuestra disposición. El complejo es seguro para los niños, y se encuentra a pocas cuadras de la playa. El Sr. Orestes muy atento, respondiendo con inmediatez todas nuestras dudas. Super recomendable ! Flia. Ruiz, Fracalossi, Ponzoni.

Local maravilhoso e casa muito confortável

Ótimo passeio. A casa é muito confortável, muito bem equipada e decorada. Tudo muito bem cuidado e limpo. Com segurança. Nos sentimos como estivéssemos em casa. A praia de Palmas é bonita,organizada e limpa. Passeamos para as outras prais e são lindas também. Vale a pena visitar e ficar hospedado por alguns dias. Liziane

Maravilhosa!

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr Décio e logo após pelo. Sr Junior, a casa é melhor e mais aconchegante do que nas fotos, a praia é linda, lugares paradisíacos e passeio de barco imperdível, recomendo e pretendemos voltar!
