Warm weather rustic cabin
The cabin was described as an affordable rustic gem. We did find it rustic but not a "gem". We paid nearly $500/night, so not exactly affordable.
We liked the wood stove, which was crucial because there wasn't central heating. Many of the electric wall heaters weren't functional or minimally so. We made use of the many blankets for warmth.
The mattresses were too soft for comfort. The downstairs shower head dribbled instead of sprayed. The upstairs bedroom and shower were more appealing.
Other than the beds, the cabin was well furnished with comfortable couches, a rustic dining set and a wonderful rustic rocking chair.
The kitchen was well supplied and functional.
All in all, we could see that the cabin would be great during warmer weather but lacked the important amenity of central heat during cooler times.
