This is a very nice apartment (600sq. ft.) with your own private entrance, a great open floor plan, and excellent ocean views from the large front deck. Located across the street from the NH fishing pier (11.5 Beach Road) this is a very private and quiet beach get away.

This unique get away has a king size bed, Queen size sleeper sofa, Satellite TV, Flat Screen TV’s in each room, DVD Player, Free WIFI, Full bath, full Kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher, Full Size Refrigerator, and Stove. We have tried to provide everything you will need for your stay. Apartment has central heat and air. Huge deck overlooking the Ocean with Picnic Table, hammock, and lounge chairs. Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrella Provided! Linens for both beds, 4 sets of bathroom towels and 4 large beach towels are provided! We will also provide a start of paper products but you will need to bring extra.

The Sunny Way is flexible we require a minimum of a 3 night stay but that also means you can stay 5 or 8 nights whatever you want! You may check in/out on any day of the week. Avoid weekend traffic check in during the week. Book early at The Sunny Way.

The Sunny Way is located, steps from the ocean, walking distance to The Nags Head Fishing Pier, Lucky 12 Restaurant and Pub, and the famous Tortuga’s Lie Restaurant featured on” Diners, Dives and Drive Inns”. We are a short distance to Jockey's Ridge for beautiful sunset views, YMCA with an outdoor pool, and grocery stores. The Sunny Way has close proximity to the best activities of the Outer Banks; there is no better place for a gathering of friends and family. We are less than 5 miles to shopping at Tangier Outlet. There are numerous shopping, water-sports, putt-putt, go carts, restaurants, or an evening sail. Looking for culture amid the sun and surf? Just a few minutes over the causeway and you find yourself in downtown Historic Manteo, filled with artisan shops, bookstores, museums, the N.C. Aquarium, and don't forget the Lost Colony Outdoor Drama and Elizabethan Gardens

This second floor apartment is located above T-Shirt Whirl. The apartment is very quiet has a private entrance and plenty of parking spaces in a quiet neighborhood. It is only 100 yards from ocean with easy walk to Beach access across the street.

CHECK IN/OUT: 2pm check-in and 11am check-out.

EVACUATION POLICY: IF THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION BECAUSE OF A NAMED HURRICANE REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT A PRORATED RATE.

Perfect for our couple get away!

We arrived with all arrangements waiting on us. The apartment is a great location, close to lots of the best eateries and across from the fisherman's pier and restaurant. The home was clean, roomy, and a kitchen with all the kitchen tools we needed to make many of our own meals comfortably. Coffee maker, pots, pans, full size stove, fridge, and dishwasher! We couldn't have asked for a better stay on Thanksgiving weekend! Thanks for the hospitality! We will recommend to all our friends!

An unassuming exterior and a FABULOUS interior with the beach right across the street.

Nancy and Keith had thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The apartment was clean and bright, the kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and baking dishes. There were plenty of beach towels ( and a bag to carry our stuff to the beach) and chairs, rod holder and nets for fishing, kids' beach toys, hammock on the deck. The view is lovely, and you can see the beach between the houses across the street. The apartment is walking distance to several restaurants, biking distance to many others and about a mile from the supermarket. The beach is almost directly across the street with access behind the Nags Head Pier. We had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this property without hesitation.

Fabulous apt.!!! From the moment you step in you feel at home. Everything you need is provided. Clean, comfey beds, beautiful views and close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach is just across the street. Will defiantly be back.

Amazing and VERY accommodating rental!

Such an awesome apartment! We unfortunately had bad weather for our beach week stay, but we didn't even mind hanging out at the Sunny Way all day! The apartment was clean, very well stocked, spacious and comfortable, and just perfect for us. Also super easy access to the public beach and just a short walk to nearby restaurants. We will definitely be back!
